Strategic development experts, here to help unlock
transformative experiences and results.

About us

Since 2013, we’ve established a successful track record of helping companies grow and innovate through transformative, strategic tech partnership focused on ongoing success. Some people get their kicks by delivering perfectly polished presentations, or the cleanest piece of code, regardless of the business impact. That’s not us. What excites us is developing products - web / mobile apps and backend platforms - that fuel our clients’ growth and lay the groundwork for future success. That’s why we start each project with teams focusing on the business case and users first, why we partner so closely with clients to stay aligned on vision, goals, and opportunities. That approach and the results it brings have been the foundation for our close and long-term partnerships. Along the way we’ve helped guide bootstrapped start-ups to acquisition, via multiple rounds of funding, and also helped $1b+ enterprises take their app to the next level. We developed our expertise as in-house technical and product leaders in rapid-growth environments. That experience taught us how to build high-performing teams of empowered individuals with the right skills and mindset to learn quickly and get results, while also building a foundation for the next stage of growth. Managed delivery teams are the heart of it all: At a glance… High-performing, agile & focused on successful delivery and optimization of a product or initiative. Varied skills, shared focus… Deep experts in their field, supported by Exec Leadership. All rooted in client business goals. The right mix… Teams start from three people… Composed of developers, QA, product managers & UI/UX …& can be client hybrid teams too.

  • Before AI can deliver results, the data layer has to be right. That’s where most projects actually succeed or fail. Ruggable’s finance team was waiting a full week after period close just to begin GL work. Data was spread across 5 payment providers, 6 retail partners, and 7+ production facilities, each with different schemas and naming conventions. We built a unified, governed data architecture that solved the immediate bottleneck and set up long-term AI readiness: → Clean, structured datasets ready for predictive modeling and revenue forecasting → Cross-domain analytics connecting payments, production, returns, and logistics → A single source of truth now supporting executive strategy → Month-end close reduced from 7 days to 2 Our team embedded as a self-sufficient engineering and product pod, becoming subject matter experts on each PSP, building scalable pipelines with Airflow, Spark, DBT, and Snowflake, and replacing manual reconciliation with automated validation. What started as a finance infrastructure project became the backbone for Ruggable’s enterprise-wide common data model. That’s why clients bring us in — to not only solve the immediate pain, but to also design the architecture so the investment compounds.

Can you trust Claude Code to audit production infrastructure? We've been doing it. Here's the honest answer. They're fast. Six parallel agents covered compute, networking, database, CDN, storage, and secrets in minutes. They're thorough. They caught a complete absence of monitoring we'd likely have deprioritized in a manual review. And the output was a deployable PR, not a findings doc. They're also confidently wrong in ways that matter. ➞ They flagged an intentional CORS policy as a security risk.  ➞ Recommended auto-scaling thresholds that would have caused churn on predictable launch traffic.  ➞ Tuned a database for the wrong workload type. Every one of those would have broken something in production. We're making this standard practice anyway. Because the combination of AI coverage and senior engineering judgment catches more than either one alone. The carousel breaks down how we set it up and where engineers override. 🔁 Repost if you're building enterprise AI beyond experiments. ➕ Follow Nick Tudor for insights on AI that ships in the real world.

  • When our client partner SpotOn set out to build Nova — their most advanced virtual fence collar yet — we hit a challenge every scaling IoT company eventually faces: How do you design an app that unlocks next-gen hardware capabilities…Without leaving existing customers behind? Inside, we break down our approach.

  • Edge IoT is transforming agriculture with solutions that deliver both environmental impact and business value. The most compelling applications combine local data processing with sustainable practices, operating effectively even in remote areas with limited connectivity. Recent implementations demonstrate significant measurable results: 👉 Smart sensors with edge processing cut water consumption by 25% 👉 AI-powered sprayers reduce herbicide use by 30% 👉 Precise fertilizer management increases yields by 20% using 15% fewer chemicals The key advantage lies in local data processing. By enabling smart, sustainable practices without requiring constant connectivity, these solutions create a more equitable and accessible technology model for agricultural operations worldwide. This approach addresses critical infrastructure challenges in remote farming areas while delivering both cost savings and environmental benefits. Companies like Blue River Technology, Edge Impulse, and Greeneye Technology are implementing real-world solutions that prove edge computing's practical value beyond theoretical applications. The carousel below showcases how these organizations are leveraging edge IoT to solve complex agricultural challenges while improving sustainability outcomes. These implementations demonstrate that edge computing isn't just a technical solution - it's an enabler for more sustainable and efficient operations across industries. What other applications do you see for edge computing beyond agriculture? How might similar approaches transform other sectors facing connectivity or sustainability challenges?

  • For years, Agile has helped teams ship faster by focusing on iteration, feedback, and delivering value early. Now, AI is reshaping what’s possible. 💦 Waterfall: Nothing usable until it's completely "done." 🤸 Agile: Start with something basic that works, iterate toward the end goal. 🤖 AI: Over-engineers the solution, looks impressive but often misses key requirements. ⚡ Agile + AI: The sweet spot we're exploring with our clients - reaching viable solutions faster, then continuing to build even better iterations. The most effective approach we've observed combines AI's acceleration capabilities with Agile's focus on delivering working solutions. AI speeds up the build-test-learn cycles, while Agile methodology keeps teams grounded in what actually delivers value. Our development teams are finding success using AI to enhance iteration speed rather than replacing proven methodologies entirely. The key is maintaining focus on user needs and business outcomes while leveraging AI to reduce development friction. This hybrid approach helps organizations: 👉 Reach minimum viable products faster 👉 Maintain quality and user focus 👉 Scale successful features more efficiently 👉 Reduce time between concept and market validation We're helping clients rethink how they build and launch products - faster, smarter, and closer to what users actually need. Curious how Agile + AI could accelerate your dev cycles? Let’s talk.
