Tomorrow, all eyes turn to Paris. 🚴♂️ One stage remains. One final stage medal. One yellow jersey. And one name to be written into le de Tour France history. This year's medal is something truly special: Crafted in partnership with MONNAIE DE PARIS, the oldest mint in the world, its circular shape and sidewall-inspired lines echo the design of a bicycle tire. An engraved map shows all 21 stages, from Barcelona to Paris. At the center is the iconic Tour de France logo, while our logo appears in premium black resin on the signature orange and black ribbon. 🥇 Since 2019, we have presented a medal to every #TourDeFrance stage winner. Over the years, it has become a powerful symbol of the Tour. More than just a sporting prize, it celebrates excellence, determination and the drive to push beyond your limits. What's the best way to truly understand the spirit of the Tour de France? 🚴 Experience it for yourself and put our tires to the test on the very same roads as the pros. As part of our Tour de France sponsorship, we invited 40 customers to join us for an unforgettable ride: 77 kilometers from Hagetmau to Bordeaux, covering roughly half the distance of stage 7. The demanding route was the perfect proving ground for our Grand Prix 5000 tires and the feedback was unanimous: they deliver exceptional performance, no matter the terrain. Top 5% worldwide in 2026! That's where we rank in the latest EcoVadis sustainability rating, scoring 84 out of 100 points and earning a gold medal. This recognition reflects the progress we’re making in achieving our sustainability ambitions. What contributed to our score? As part of its assessment, EcoVadis evaluated areas including documented environmental and climate-change-mitigation measures, management systems, reporting standards, sustainability policies and sustainable procurement. They also considered certifications, transparency in sustainability reporting and the implementation of supporting processes. Wind and sun are about to team up for our tire production in Korbach, Germany. We're building our first company-owned wind farm near our Korbach plant. The construction of three turbines begins in 2026 and around a year and a half later they will join forces with our existing photovoltaic systems. Together they will generate around 55 gigawatt-hours of electricity per year - covering two-thirds of our plant's demand. And whenever wind and sun don't deliver enough, existing infrastructure keeps our production running reliably. The power flows directly into tire production, supplying energy-intensive processes like mixing and extrusion. This means more predictable energy costs through less exposure to volatile energy markets. Beyond Korbach, this project serves as a blueprint: We're continuously assessing other Continental sites worldwide for similar initiatives – to grow our share of renewable energy generated close to where we need it.
