Another major milestone in the development of Al Marjan Island. One of the most anticipated hospitality and branded residential developments in Ras Al Khaimah has officially broken ground. Located directly adjacent to our resort, Janu Al Marjan Island is the second joint venture between Marjan and Wynn Resorts, bringing together a luxury hotel, branded residences and wellness-led experiences. As the island continues to attract world-class hospitality brands and investment partners, the collective vision for Al Marjan Island as a globally recognised waterfront destination becomes clearer by the day. An exciting new chapter for the island, for Ras Al Khaimah, and for the region.

Spanning 15,000 m², our vast new Logistics Center will play a vital role in ensuring the Resort operates efficiently, securely and to the standards our guests will come to expect. It is more than a warehouse. It’s a critical part of how Wynn Al Marjan Island will operate every day, bringing a wide range of operational functions together under one roof, supporting everything from inventory management and engineering workshops to security screening, uniform distribution and crisis response. The facility will also be home to a number of specialist workshops, where skilled craftspeople and technicians will help maintain, restore and care for many of the details that define the Wynn experience. From carpentry and metalwork to upholstery and finishing, their work will help ensure the Resort continues to reflect the standards of quality, craftsmanship and artistry that are synonymous with the Wynn Resorts name. Because destinations like Wynn Al Marjan Island are not only built in iconic towers, restaurants and guestrooms. They're built through the systems, people and operations that make excellence possible.

Wynn Resorts legacy of pioneering experiential entertainment has been a building block of the brand identity for nearly three decades, and not just those confined to stages and traditional performance spaces. It's why today Craig S. Billings, CEO, joins with Felix Barrett MBE, Artistic Director & Founder of Punchdrunk, to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the internationally acclaimed immersive theatre company behind some of the most influential and genre-defining productions of the past twenty years, including the global phenomenon Sleep No More. This original stage production will debut with the opening of Wynn Al Marjan Island in 2027. It is inspired by the spirit of a traditional Las Vegas revue-style show, combining world-class song and dance with a dual-format experience - either a traditional seated performance or a roaming immersive journey downstairs and backstage - each offering a complete but distinct perspective on the same unfolding narrative. The theater's architecture draws on Art Deco influences, with rich fabrics, sculpted drapery and grand spaces creating a venue that feels both nostalgic and newly imagined, transporting guests into a refined, cinematic world that blends Hollywood’s golden age with contemporary luxury.
