This paper gives a count for perceiving content in pictures. Exploratory outcomes on indoor, outside, captcha and moving follows pictures demonstrate that this system can perceive content words unequivocally. The proposed estimation joins the upsides of two or three already philosophies for substance distinguishing proof, and usages a point of union of thought approach for substance finding. Our trial result on four diverse pictures display that the procedure subject to line edge discovery is reasonably superior to the present methodology. This count has 93.1% recall rate, and average time is 4.12 s, for English content.

It presents SVC’s main functionalities and the issues in encoder control and bit stream extraction. By that, it enables for instance multicast services to clients of heterogeneous capabilities at the same time, while consuming less bit rate compared to simulcasting the services as SVC allows for data rate adaptation without re-encoding just by dropping packets of the bit stream. There are advances established in video compression capability with the help of the H.264/AVC video coding standard, The Joint Video Team of the ITU-T VCEG and the ISO/IEC MPEG has now also standardized a Scalable Video Coding (SVC) extension of the H.264/AVC standard.SVC has been primarily designed for progressive video. However, even if progressive material is becoming the favorite format for production, broadcasting and consumers equipments, and interlaced material is still widely used in ...

The mobile infrastructure market is the second largest wireless communications market and also the most challenging. Rapid technologies are changing ie.2.0/2.5G and 3G and slow revenue development turning to declining r evenues have created a difficult environment for co mpanies that are competing in this market. 4G has an ability to provide these features and many more, which can alter t he way. Some of these challenges are radio access methodologies, mobility management across different networks and the physi cal as compared to 3G wireless data networks that have emerged as the first high speed, ubiquitous data networks. 4G wireless networks are to replace 3G networks as the next generation of mobil e data networks. This paper gives an insight for th ese issues, some of the proposed solutions t...

There are various type of watermark embedding techniques in transform domain are presented, for example 2-D DFT, 2-D DCT, 2-D DWT, 3-D DCT and 3-D DWT. Some time in case of an image authentication research, an original image is divided into smaller blocks, and inserts a watermark into each and every block after that modification concept is used to detect the watermark in the blocks. A novel design of a DFT-based digital watermarking system for images is proposed in this paper. By using adding invisible watermark into the digital image, the system provides copyright protection. First of all, the original images is split into the blocks and proceed DFT transform after that by using Arnold scrambling change water mark and produce pseudo-random sequence, result a image with watermark is produce. The watermark detection is achieved with image segmentation process, DF...

The modern software defined radio has been called the heart of a cognitive radio. Th e applications executing on the radio differentiate a cognitive radio from a software-defined radio. Additional hardware in the form of sensors and actuators increases the more cognitive radio applications. Cognitive radio networks have been become an increasingly part of the wireless networking landscape due to the increasing scarcity of spectru m resources. A number of wireless applications have been developing over the last decade. Government agencies give the license to mos t f the frequency spectrum, such as Federal Commun ications Commission (FCC). The main objective of this paper is to analyze the SDR based Cognitive radio, threats and security iss ue of the main recent advancements and architectures of Software Defined Radio and cognitive radio networks. Different authors or scientist presents different strategies to separate the helpful contents from a picture or a moving picture but some it is very difficult to extract the contents because of picture quality. So we propose a substitute method to discover and compute the contents that is uncommonly planned for being associated with shading pictures with complex foundation. The emphasis is on an issue which is identified with contents extraction in video pictures. In this work, we present calculation for removing content in video, pictures using Prewett Edge Detection in terms of precision rate and recall rate. Distinctive types of shading pictures digitized from imparting TV are used to test the estimation and the unfathomable execution result was gotten. For execution examination of our proposed strategy, parameters, for example, precision rate and recall rates have been watched.

It uses the heat to deteriorate the cancerous tissue by irradiation of energy by using electromagnetic applicators. This paper outlines the effect of heat in microwave applications. The best treatment for retained tumors by using Hyperthermia, involve giant surface areas which may physically adapt to body contours, and regionally alter their power deposition patterns to regulate the non-uniform temperature caused by tissue in homogeneities and blood flow variations. The cancer killing ability is shown in the treatment done by combining both radiations and chemotherapy by the expert biologists in both vitro and in vivo. Biologists found that its tough to boost and to stay the temperature of tumors at therapeutic levels. This paper explains the methodology to treat the cancer in both ways i.e. conventionally and recent one.

In this paper a comparative analysis of Multi-stage Edge detection and fourth order Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) with median filter for cancer of mammograms image is done. Detection of edges in an image is a very important step towards understanding image features. Since edges often occur at image locations representing object boundaries, edge detection is extensively used in image segmentation when images are divided into areas corresponding to different objects. PDE-based methods can produce sharp edges without checkerboard effects; however, they are approximations and tend to weaken fine structures in the image. When a median filter is a non-linear digital filter which is able to preserve sharp signal changes and is very effective in removing impulse noise. The analysis is mainly done on the basis of structural similarity of image and peak s...

RF exposu re effects on the blood–brain barrier (BBB) have been generally a ccepted for those which are thermalizing. Those rep orts which are controversial on BBB are Low level exposures. The s tructure and function of the nervous system can get damage due to RF energy Exposure. Research is basically focused on the eurochemistry of the brain and the reported ef fects of RF exposure. The direct comparison of many experiments is difficult because of the many exposure parameters such as fre quency, orientation, modulation, power density, and duration of exposure . Thermal effects prevail at high exposure power de nsities, and can lead to adverse consequences. Lower levels of exposure not only includes biological effects but thermal mechan isms are can not be avoided. It gives conclusion that the RF exposure l eads to hazardous nervous system. The only firm con clusion that may be drawn is the p...

In this paper we have analyzed the information theory and communication aspects of fading channels. For such purpose we have discussed the commonly used mathematical models of fading channels. Channel capacity plays an important role in information theory. The channel capacity is the amount of information that can be reliably transmitted over a communication channel.

In the past various methods have been presented for detection and localization of text in images and video frames. In this paper, a comparison has been made between several text detection methods and proposed method for text detection in images and video frames. The proposed method is carried out by edge detection, and the projection profile method is used to localize the text region better. Various experiments have been carried out to evaluate and compare the performance of the proposed algorithm. Experimental results tested from a large dataset have demonstrated that the proposed method is effective and practical. Various parameters like average time, precision and recall rates and analyzed for both existing and proposed method to determine the success and limitation of our method.

The vast majority of the security frameworks are currently modernized. Computerized security frameworks are fundamental at this point. Fingerprints are distinctive biometrics for various individual, so it has diverse character, which is special for various clients. Human unique finger impression is wealthy in detail called particulars, which can be utilized as recognizable proof imprints for unique fingerprint confirmation. The objective of the undertaking is to build up a total system for unique fingerprint verification through extricating and coordinating details. To accomplish great details extraction in unique finger impression with fluctuating quality pre-processing is connected on unique finger impression before they are assessed. After pre-processing, particulars extraction is done trailed by post processing stage lastly the details coordinating is finished. What's more, after every one of these stages we get the last coordinated yield, regardless of whether it matches or not.
