New Year, New Look

Your editor’s eye may have noticed that things look a little bit different on the blog. It’s the start of a new year, and we’ve made a resolution to look our best!

With that in mind, we are excited to announce a new platform and format for AMA Style Insider. Posts are still presented chronologically (newest first, of course), but there is now a more robust search function, which is found at the top of the home page. If you’re a big fan of a particular contributor, just click their byline and all the posts they have authored are presented. There are also links in some of the posts to directly relevant sections of the AMA Manual of Style.

Our new format has made it easier than ever to sign up to receive email notifications regarding new content and social media alerts, which is the best way to ensure that you get access to our content as soon as it is available.

We’re looking forward to using this new platform to deliver the content on editorial processes, AMA Manual of Style updates, and publishing industry insights on which you’ve come to rely. As editors we constantly adapt to and incorporate change, and so we hope that as readers you will embrace this new chapter for the AMA Style Insider.

To improve is to change. To be perfect is to change often.
