We've had a great experience with Justuno. The company is much more than a tech solution - although the technology is great. The team really works with you in a consultative way and they do everything they can to help you succeed. It's totally different than most of the tech solution companies we've worked with where you pay for the tech and that's basically it. We really enjoy working with the team and value their insights.

I've been working with JustUno for a few years now. I really like working with Miranda from their team. She's my account rep and always brings a ton of great ideas to the table when we do our check-ins. They have a lot of features, so many options when it comes to targeting your website visitors, I simply don't have enough hours in my day to do them all but there' lots you can do with their app. Definitely worth trying if you are on the fence.

Horrible experience. This app used to work for us, now it is super glitchy.

It will take you hours to build anything custom and even once you get it right it doesn't save! So you do the work 4x over and waste the better chunk of your day.

On top of that, once it is live, it keeps turning itself off for no reason. Which is terrible because I sent out an email and SMS promoting our Halloween promotion. Now customers are calling us complaining that they don't see a discount. I have to check it every 30 minutes to make sure it's still live!

I will give credit to their support team. They have been responsive and as helpful as they can be, just the app itself is terrible.

Don't waste your time or energy.
