Ebuka Okoli

Ebuka Okoli is a doctoral student and graduate teaching associate at the Hugh Downs School of Human Communication, Arizona State University. His interests include organizational training, cross-cultural communication, and inclusive AI-communication practices. His passion for training and development has led him to volunteer as a facilitator, coach, and peer mentor for the McKinsey Forward Program, Transformers Program, and School of Communication. I recently joined the Braven Institute in partnership with San Francisco State University as a volunteer Leadership Coach, helping students from marginalized and minoritized groups develop the skills, confidence, and networks they need to transition successfully from college to their first jobs.
