We’re often asked how we’re getting our own teams to adopt AI at scale—and this week is one example of how we do it. By the numbers: 🔹 120+ new AI-native workflows built. 🔹 97.4% positive rating from our builders. 🔹 92% of participants now more confident using AI daily. Our teams moved past tinkering to solve real friction. They built agents that monitor Jira for "strategy drift" and tools that turn customer feedback into review-ready code—closing the gap between a raw idea and a finished product. We’re a few years in to closing that gap at Atlassian, using our own teams as a testing ground. What we’ve learned so far: → Context is your competitive advantage. When we grounded agents in the Teamwork Graph context, they delivered 44% more accurate answers and used 48% fewer tokens, without sacrificing speed. → Technology’s impact is culture-dependent. Teams are 4x more likely to embed AI into how they work when they see a leader use it openly. → Impact happens when teams redesign their processes around AI.
