  • The maiden exploration programme at our Ninnis Gold Project in WA, set to recommence in early August 2026, has been expanded to include approximately 300 infill holes in addition to the remaining ~350 holes yet to be completed. Initial results from 850 completed holes identified multiple large gold-in-soil anomalies extending for 600m north-west. Closer spaced sampling in the southern sector identified a large and consistent gold in soil anomaly 500m north-south by 300m wide. Planning is underway for a maiden RC drilling programme later this year as we continue to advance the exploration potential of Ninnis Gold. Ninnis Gold covers 25km2 and presents a similar geological setting to several multi-million-ounce gold discoveries in the region, including Genesis Minerals Limited’s (ASX: GMD) Mount Morgans Gold Mining Centre Non-Executive Chairman Gavin Rutherford commented: “Whilst the programme being interrupted was not ideal, the rain induced hiatus in our Ninnis Gold auger drilling programme provided the Company with the opportunity to review the initial 850 assay results, which were very pleasing. “The results provided encouraging guidance and an incentive for the Board to expand our maiden Ninnis Gold programme to include some in-fill drilling. We anticipate the programme being complete in August 2026 and if the balance of the results yields similar results, we will be very pleased. Whilst not ruling out more infill auger drilling, we expect to follow up with an RC drilling programme later in 2026.”  Read the full ASX announcement: https://lnkd.in/g-j3_V7h #VitaResources #VTA #Gold #Exploration

  • We are pleased to share our Quarterly Report for June 2026, a period of strong progress at our Ninnis Gold Project in WA, where initial results from the maiden auger drilling programme continue to reinforce the project's exploration potential. Results from the first 850 holes identified multiple large gold-in-soil anomalies, including a 600m north-west trending anomaly in the northern sector and a large, consistent 500m by 300m anomaly in the south. These encouraging outcomes have led to the programme being expanded with an additional ~300 infill holes targeting the key mineralised fault structures, alongside completion of the remaining ~350 holes. Vita maintains a portfolio of five priority projects across three jurisdictions, with a focus on gold, copper and critical minerals as follows: 🟡 Gold - Ninnis Gold Project, Northern Goldfields, WA - ICE Polymetallic Project, Canada 🟤 Copper - ICE Polymetallic Project, Canada - Harley and Mariner Copper Projects, Canada - Gyttorp REE and Copper Project, Sweden 🔴 Rare Earths - Gyttorp REE and Copper Project, Sweden Read the full Quarterly Report: https://lnkd.in/gQBUkJe4 #VitaResources #VTA #Gold #Copper #RareEarths #Exploration

  • Firm commitments secured to raise $2.9 million through a strongly supported placement at $0.028 per share and a 1:2 free attaching option. Funds will be applied to exploration programs at our Ninnis Gold Project in WA and ICE Project in Canada; and additionally, to gold and critical minerals growth opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Non-Executive Chairman Gavin Rutherford commented: “This is the first significant placement completed by Vita since May last year when our journey to reconfigure the Company commenced. Vita’s plan to continue the acquisition and development of gold exploration projects in Australia and New Zealand is understood and supported by lead manager, Oakley Capital Partners. This capital raising positions the Company well to meet its anticipated 2026 cash requirements. We will continue to review the potential of new projects to deliver on our growth plans and provide best value for shareholders. Oakley Capital Partners brings a recent and successful track record in advancing mineral project opportunities, with established international relationships. Vita expects this will provide opportunities across relevant international markets for our Gyttorp REE and Copper Project in Sweden and the ICE Polymetallic Project in Yukon.” Read the full ASX announcement: https://lnkd.in/gYppMgUh #VitaResources #VTA

  • Multiple large gold-in-soil anomalies have been identified across our Ninnis Gold project in WA as part of the maiden exploration programme. Initial results from 850 auger holes have outlined anomalies extending up to 600m strike in the northern sector, while closer spaced sampling in the south returned a consistent 500m x 300m gold anomaly. Following the strong early results, the maiden programme has expanded with an additional ~300 infill holes targeting the interpreted fault-controlled mineralised system, in addition to the remaining 350 yet to be completed holes. Non-Executive Chairman Gavin Rutherford commented: “These are highly encouraging results just in from our maiden auger drilling at Ninnis Gold, which appears to have intersected the two sub-parallel fault systems contained within the licence. The identification of multiple gold in soil anomalies bodes well for the Company and as such we have expanded the maiden programme to include infill activities in appropriate locations. Whilst the recent wet weather caused for demobilisation of the driller, it has actually worked in our favour as given the successful nature of our initial results, the remobilisation to complete the campaign will now include the infill programme. This is a very exciting time for our newest project, Ninnis Gold.” Read the full ASX announcement: https://lnkd.in/gutAQ-m4 #VitaResources #VTA #Gold #Exploration

  • During the March 2026 quarter, Vita Resources focused on advancing our core exploration assets, with the ICE Project in Canada upgraded to a polymetallic system following confirmation of silver, cobalt and indium alongside copper and gold, supporting a broader resource opportunity and future development pathways. A positive recommendation was received from YESAB, securing a pathway for up to five years of continued exploration, including drilling and bulk sampling. In Western Australia, maiden drilling commenced at the Ninnis Gold Project targeting structurally controlled gold mineralisation, with work temporarily paused due to Cyclone Narelle but set to resume alongside assay results to guide follow-up programs Read full Quarterly Report: https://lnkd.in/g3XJd_ZP #VitaResources #VTA

  • Vita Resources gets green light for Yukon copper exploration I Media Coverage via Australian Resources & Investment "Vita Resources has received a positive recommendation from the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB), advancing the exploration application process for its ICE Copper-Gold Project in Canada." https://lnkd.in/gSVs_dms

  • The ICE Project is read to advance to the next stage of permitting following a conditional recommendation from the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB), supporting a further five years of exploration at the ICE Copper-Gold Project in Canada. This milestone clears the path for Vita’s planned exploration activities and continued project advancement. The ICE Copper-Gold Project contains a JORC Code Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) of 6.43Mt @ 1.07% Cu. To date, less than 1% of the Project area has been tested, with multiple geochemical and geophysical targets providing potential for discovery of additional mineralisation zones. Eleven priority targets have been identified, with potential for future discovery of additional zones of VHMS mineralisation near the resource and through the properties. Non-Executive Chairman Gavin Rutherford commented: “The YESAB recommendation represents an important milestone in advancing the next-stage exploration approval for the ICE Project. It provides critical guidance for the Yukon Government in progressing towards a final decision. While the process has been extensive, it was also well balanced in its content with a clear commitment to providing for best-practice environmental and social stewardship. I encourage stakeholders to review the recommendation, which has been included with this announcement.” Read the full ASX announcement: https://lnkd.in/gGaPzp2R #VitaResources #VTA #Copper #Gold #Exploration

  • Maiden auger drilling campaign at our Ninnis Gold Project, located ~30km west of Laverton in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields, will be conducted in March. The ~1,200-hole auger drilling campaign will target a geological setting consistent with those associated with major gold discoveries in the region.  The program will infill widely spaced historic soil sampling and focus on two sub-parallel fault zones interpreted as key structural controls on gold mineralisation. Additional targets include the northern extension of a banded iron formation associated with the Mt Morgans gold deposits and structures linked to the McKenzie Well Gold Project. Covering 25km², the Ninnis Project sits in a geological setting similar to several multi-million-ounce gold systems in the region, including the nearby Mount Morgans mining centre (~6km south). Non-Executive Chairman Gavin Rutherford commented: “Work undertaken by previous owners at the Ninnis Project included widely spaced, systematic soil sampling beneath transported alluvial cover. This approach differed from earlier shallow surface sampling programs, which appear to have masked underlying gold anomalism in the area. Deeper sampling targeting the soil and Wiluna hardpan interface zone materially improved the geological understanding of the Ninnis Project and defined coherent gold anomalism extending for at least 4 kilometres of strike and exceeding 400 metres in width along the Celia and Ninnis fault corridors. Importantly, this anomalous trend does not appear to have been historically recognised prior to that work. The Ninnis Project is located along two sub-parallel fault systems, including the regionally significant Celia Fault — a major structure extending approximately 700 kilometres and spatially associated with multiple gold mining centres, including the Mt Morgans Mining Centre. Regionally, the Celia Fault is interpreted as a deep crustal structure that focused gold-bearing hydrothermal fluids and is widely accepted as having been involved in the formation of significant gold deposits along its extensive corridor. The scale and demonstrated fertility of this structural system materially enhance the prospectivity of the Ninnis Project’s structural corridor. The Company’s forthcoming maiden auger campaign represents the first coordinated and systematic follow-up of this structurally controlled target under current ownership. Given the scale of the anomalism and its favourable structural setting, the Board considers this programme an important step in assessing the potential for a gold system within a proven mineralised belt.” Read the full ASX announcement: https://lnkd.in/ghZKHCGF #VitaResources #VTA #Gold #Exploration
