  • We are pleased to share that we released Five V Capital's third annual Responsible Investment Report this week. At Five V, we seek to generate strong investment returns by partnering with high-quality, growing businesses and supporting them to create long-term value. We believe strong governance, disciplined risk management and responsible business practices contribute to building more resilient businesses and, ultimately, better investment outcomes. Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen our responsible investment approach, including appointing a dedicated Head of ESG, Giulia McFarlane, enhancing our ESG data collection and reporting processes, developing a more structured framework for assessing ESG performance across our portfolio, and increasing our focus on supporting portfolio companies to build ESG capability and address material risks and opportunities. This report provides an overview of our responsible investment approach, ESG integration across the investment lifecycle, portfolio ESG performance and our priorities for the years ahead. As a certified B Corp, we remain committed to continuous improvement and to embedding responsible business practices across our firm and portfolio. With a number of initiatives underway in 2026, we look forward to continuing to build on this progress and sharing further updates in next year’s report. If you would like a copy of the report, please contact our Investor Relations team at investors@fivevcapital.com.

  • The Five V team swapped spreadsheets for spatulas and held our inaugural slow cook-off challenge recently. There were plenty of great dishes, a few bold flavour experiments, and no shortage of laughs along the way. Safe to say some recipes will be making a return... others, perhaps not. It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, spend time together as a team, enjoy some delicious food, and embrace a little friendly competition. Congratulations to Team Slow & Furious for taking out the title with their butter chicken dish. #FiveVCapital #TeamBuilding #GoodTimes #CookOff

Five V Capital is pleased to announce it has signed a definitive agreement to divest Orikan to global private markets firm EQT Group. Orikan is a leading provider of integrated parking, enforcement and compliance technology solutions. Across multiple jurisdictions, Orikan's modern integrated platform supports hundreds of customers across government, transport, healthcare and education. The company has established a leading position across Australia and New Zealand and continues to expand its international presence, particularly in the United States Since Five V's Fund IV partnered with founder Declan Ryan to invest in Orikan in October 2022, we have worked closely with management to accelerate the company's growth and strengthen its market position. Together with CEO Peter Neale and the broader management team, we have supported a significant cloud transformation, expansion into New Zealand and the United States, together with investment in complementary technology products. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026 and is subject to customary regularly approvals. We are incredibly proud of what the Orikan team has achieved and are excited to see the business continue its growth under EQT's ownership. We thank founder Declan Ryan and CEO Peter Neale, together with the entire management team, for their partnership throughout our investment. • Nothing better than getting the team together for a World Cup game.   Last week, we hit pause on the day-to-day to cheer on the Socceroos as they took on Paraguay.   It might’ve finished 0–0, but there were still a few close chances (and a lot of tension!) and best of all, it was enough to see Australia through to the knockout stage!   Great to step away, enjoy the moment, and spend some time together as a team.   Goodluck to the Socceroos for Saturday’s game.   #FIFAWorldCup #WorldCup2026 #GoTheSocceroos #FiveVCapital

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the Five V Capital CFO & ESG Forum. Last week we bought together CFOs and ESG leaders from across the Five V portfolio for our annual CFO & ESG forum. The afternoon sparked valuable discussion across three key areas shaping the future of finance: • ESG & Climate Disclosure – exploring the future of ESG, practical steps toward mandatory climate reporting, and evolving minimum standards • CFO Workshop – collaborating on real-world pain points and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and better experiences • AI in Finance – unpacking tangible applications of AI transforming today’s finance functions We are grateful for the amazing speakers: Alfonso Firmo, Nicole Meacock, Giulia McFarlane, Paul Meller, Xavier Notermans, and Alexandre Chavotier, for sharing their expertise and perspectives. Following the formal sessions, guests continued the conversation over dinner at Chin Chin, providing a valuable opportunity to further connect and exchange insights. Thank you to all attendees and speakers, we look forward to continuing the conversation at the next forum! #CFO #ESG #ClimateDisclosure #AI #FinanceTransformation #Leadership #Collaboration
