Meet Calum McSpadden. Calum has spent 8 years at Point Parking, working across our National Operations Centre, NSW State Operations and now our Commercial Team. That means he has seen parking from the inside out. The customer calls. The site issues. The equipment faults. The reporting questions. The small details that can make or break how a car park performs. That experience matters. When Calum is speaking with landlords and asset managers, he is not just talking commercial terms. He understands what actually happens on site, what customers experience, and what needs to work behind the scenes. Today, Calum works across retail, hospital and commercial assets, supporting clients, identifying opportunities and helping grow the Point Parking portfolio. If you’re looking at how to get more from your parking asset, Calum is the kind of person you want in the room.

A big milestone for Point Parking. After 13 years leading the business, our Founder and CEO, Brad Newton, is stepping into a Non-Executive Director role. Brad’s vision and leadership have shaped Point Parking into what it is today. Just as importantly, he’ll remain closely involved at Board level, continuing to provide strategic guidance as we move forward. I’m also pleased to share that Peter Seales has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Peter brings more than 17 years’ experience across the parking and mobility sector, along with a strong track record in delivering commercial outcomes, building high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. Having worked closely with the business over the past six months, he’s already built a deep understanding of our operations, customers, and where we’re heading. This is an important step for the business. Our focus remains the same - delivering better outcomes for our customers and continuing to grow from a strong foundation. We’re proud to support a cause that truly makes a difference 💙 Point Parking is honoured to be a 2026 sponsor of Hundred 4 Harper (H4H) - an incredible initiative raising awareness and funding for childhood brain cancer research. H4H was created in memory of Harper, whose legacy continues to inspire a powerful community committed to making a real impact. The event supports research into DIPG, one of the most aggressive forms of childhood brain cancer. Each year, Point Parking is proud to contribute to this important cause, supporting both awareness and fundraising efforts. This year again, our team had the privilege of volunteering at the H4H event held at Reborn Athletic Club, Caringbah. It was an inspiring day filled with energy, teamwork and community spirit, all coming together for a meaningful cause. A big thank you to the organisers, participants and volunteers who made the day so special. We’re grateful to play a small part in supporting such an important mission. #PointParking #Hundred4Harper #H4H #Sydney #RUNDIPG #DIPG Tony McMahon

Point Parking team attended the Women in Parking event hosted by Parking Australia on Wednesday the 25th of February, and it was a strong reminder that the future of parking will be shaped by people as much as technology. As our industry evolves through automation, data and changing customer expectations, diversity of perspective is not a nice-to-have, it is a driver of better decisions, stronger innovation and more resilient businesses. Creating pathways for women across operations, technology and leadership is critical if we want to keep pushing the industry forward and solving the real challenges facing parking today. At Point Parking, we see inclusive leadership and diverse teams as a genuine competitive advantage, not just an initiative. Credit to Parking Australia and the speakers for driving an important conversation and creating momentum across the sector. Melbourne CBD just got a major parking upgrade!! We are excited to welcome 367 Collins Street to the Point Parking portfolio. From day one, we saw a clear opportunity to reposition a well-located asset through presentation improvements, smarter technology and a stronger customer experience. Here is what has been delivered so far: • Full repaint and upgraded entry statement • New signage throughout the facility • LPR ticketed parking system for faster, seamless access • Expanded CCTV coverage to enhance safety and security • Extended operating hours including evenings and weekends These improvements were delivered in close collaboration with TMA Technology supporting the installation of modern access equipment and ensuring the site is positioned for long-term operational performance. We are also rolling out Parkey, our membership platform designed to remove friction, improve throughput and deliver better value for regular users. To support activation and transition customers to a seamless experience, we have introduced Parkey member rates: $20 all-day flat rate – Monday to Friday $5 evening parking – Monday to Friday $5 weekend parking – Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays A strong collaborative effort with the landlord and a great example of how presentation, technology and pricing strategy can unlock underperforming parking assets. Proud to be delivering this alongside TMA Technology, and the broader Point Parking team. If you have a parking asset that could benefit from improved presentation, smarter technology and stronger revenue performance, happy to have a conversation. #PointParking #Parkey #MelbourneCBD #ParkingManagement #AssetImprovement #UrbanMobility #SeamlessParking #367CollinsSteet
