Rezdy is the world’s leading independent SaaS booking and distribution platform for tours, activities and attractions.

About us

Rezdy is the world’s leading independent online booking and distribution platform, powering the experiences industry. Launched in 2011, Rezdy was started when founder Simon worked in a dive centre in Thailand, and found himself spending more time behind a desk handling customer bookings and admin than out in the water sharing his love of diving with clients. With a previous background in IT, Simon set out to solve his own problem, and in doing so discovered a gap in the market. He had a vision to help people like him at that point to get more bookings and grow their business with less effort, empowering them to get back to doing what they love. Rezdy is proud to work with thousands of tour and activity operators and agents of all sizes in over 130 countries to help them get more bookings and grow their business. Today, Rezdy has headquarters in Sydney, Australia and in Raleigh U.S.A. and over $1.3 billion in tour and activity bookings processed through their platform every year. Rezdy's mission: "To power the growth of the experiences industry with tools and connections to make life easier." Rezdy's values: "Nurture your adventurous spirit" We are all leaders, in search of a better way We should be brave and curious; ready for anything "Own it, Make it Happen" We are all agents of positive change We get stuff done! "Achieve More, Together" We are one team, united in purpose and journey We support, collaborate and learn from each other to drive better results

The demand didn't disappear. It moved. We had so many great chats on the floor at the Australian Tourism Exchange 2026 in Adelaide, and one thing stood out: operators are feeling positive and focused on growth again 🌏 The bookings are still there, they're just coming from new places, with strong momentum from domestic, NZ and Southeast Asian travellers. The operators doing well are the ones adapting their distribution to match. Read the full recap here: https://lnkd.in/gm5QSrdn Where are you seeing your demand shift this year? 👇

This week we hosted our New Zealand Operator Insights sessions in Auckland and Queenstown 🎉 We brought together a group of tour and activity operators to talk through what's shifting in the industry right now, how AI is changing the way travellers discover experiences, why online foundations matter more than ever, and the practical steps operators can take today to improve visibility and bookings. The best part was the conversations that happened after the slides finished, the questions, the challenges operators are navigating, the wins they're sharing with each other. That's what these sessions are really about! A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to join Alison Riordan and Steven Green, we're looking forward to continuing the conversations and supporting what's next for NZ operators. #NewZealand #TourOperators #Tourism #TravelIndustry #ExperienceEconomy

What a great few days in Marrakech! 🌍 We ran a lively workshop with local tour and activity operators on increasing visibility, bookings, and margin. Read the full recap and download the slides here: https://lnkd.in/eUfRDprC

🇲🇦 “Marrakech is not only a destination, but a living experience ecosystem.” But the real business opportunity starts before the booking… A powerful thought shared by Hamid Bentahar, President of the National Tourism Confederation (CNT), during his opening remarks. And a clear vision for what comes next: the future of tourism in Morocco will be built by those who turn local experiences into visible, bookable, and profitable products. 📍During this week’s Rezdy Workshop in Marrakech, that idea felt very real. 100+ participants in the room. Operators, institutions, and tourism partners coming together around one shared question: how can Marrakech turn its incredible experience ecosystem into more visible, bookable, and profitable growth? 💡 Biggest takeaway? Profitability starts before the booking. It starts in how an experience is designed, positioned, discovered, priced, sold, paid for, and remembered. 📊 The audience polls made this clear: Almost 65% of participants said 2026 is performing better than 2025. Demand is there. But almost 47% also said they invest less than 5% of revenue in marketing activities to generate direct bookings. That is the real gap. Not demand. Not potential. But the commercial infrastructure needed to capture demand with more control, better conversion, and healthier margins. 🙏 A special thank you to Hamid Bentahar and the CNT for opening this important conversation with such a strong vision, and to Mountassir BOULLAL , Deputy Director of CRT Marrakech-Safi, for supporting the event and the development of the local experience ecosystem. Thank you also to Melanie Ratcliffe Rattcliffe and Repayd for bringing a practical perspective on how payment innovation can protect margin across the booking journey. And of course, thank you to all the operators who joined us and made the room so alive. 🧡💙 For the Orange & Blue Jackets, Marrakech was the last stop before a short summer break. Tired? Yes. Grateful? Absolutely. We’ll be back on the road from the end of September. Shukran, Marrakech. See you soon. 🇲🇦 #Rezdy #Regiondo #Marrakech #experienceindustry #tourandactivities

Another incredible #ATE2026 wrapped 🎉 It was fantastic to connect with so many operators and partners face-to-face, one of the highlights of the year for our team. We had some great conversations around growth, distribution, and what’s ahead for the industry, and it’s clear there’s a lot of momentum heading into 2026. Thanks to everyone who took the time to meet with Helena King and Marcos Carvalho, we’re excited to continue the conversations and support what’s next. #ATE26 #TourismIndustry #Experiences #TravelTech
