The hardest part of a sales call isn't the call itself. It's spending the two minutes before it trying to remember everything that happened. ✅ Did they open your email? ✅ Which message did they reply to? ✅ What did you send last? But with SmartDialer, you don't have to piece it together. Why? Because it's not a separate app you open - it's just the next step in your sequence you're already sending. Which means every call opens with your lead's complete email history, so you can jump into the conversation with the context you need. Try SmartDialer now → https://lnkd.in/dYSciwi7

If your team spends the first 60 seconds of every call trying to figure out who they’re actually talking to, that’s not a calling problem. That’s a memory problem. SmartDialer fixes it by keeping your calls inside the email sequence itself. No digging through notes. No lost context. Just the next step. Take a look at SmartDialer to see how it works 👉 https://lnkd.in/dYSciwi7

Personalize everything, or personalize nothing That's what we found when we went through 850 million emails sent on Smartlead over 6 months The surprising part? Almost nobody personalizes just a little. The best personalize every email. The weakest personalize none. There isn't much in between. See how the top 10% personalize their outreach 👉 https://lnkd.in/dfMXdmtv

We got 69 positive replies from a list of just 2,284 leads in just 3 weeks 👋 Hey Smartlead community! I'm Callum Moon, Co-Founder at Clayworks, and I'm excited to be this week's #SmartleaderOfTheWeek 🎉 I'll be sharing how we turned conference attendee lists into razor-targeted outbound campaigns, and why the copy matters far more than the scraping. Here's what two event tickets turned into in just three weeks: 🔹 69 positive replies from a list of just 2,284 leads 🔹42 back-to-back meetings (and 72% were perfectly qualified!) 🔹$758,000 in pipeline generated But how did we do it? 1️⃣ Buy the cheapest ticket: Find an event where your ICP will be. You don't even have to attend. You just need access to the networking app. 2️⃣ Scrape. Then filter hard: We scraped 20,000+ contacts across two events and narrowed them down to 2,284 using Claude Code and Clay. 3️⃣ Write emails around why they attended: This is where most people fail. Scraping is easy. Writing copy that speaks to why someone showed up at that event is what gets replies. Key Takeaway 💡 Most people leave an event with a contact list. Then they send generic follow-ups. Instead, use the event as your context, filter aggressively, and write outreach that actually feels relevant. We've even documented the exact three-email sequence we use after every event, including the timing, subject lines, and the thinking behind every email. If you'd like a copy, leave a comment or send me a DM and I'll happily share it. 👇

Smartlead just analysed 850 million cold emails sent in 2026. Turns out the best senders get a reply every 38 contacts, while the worst ones burn through 625+ for the same result. That's a 16x gap, and most people have no clue which side they're on. So what are the top senders doing that the rest aren't? It comes down to four numbers, and I check every one of them before a campaign ships. 1️⃣ 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 Anything under 50 words gets the best reply rates, and the average sender writes 98. The extra 48 words aren't adding anything, they're just giving people a reason to skip. 2️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄 64% of replies land within the first hour of sending, and after 24 hours they basically stop. If you're not sitting in your inbox during that window or routing hot replies fast, the person who was ready to talk has already moved on by the time you see it. 3️⃣ 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 A quarter of senders are sitting above a 3.21% bounce rate. That's the point Gmail and Outlook start pushing you to spam, and you only notice when replies dry up. I verify every list before it goes out for exactly this reason. 4️⃣ 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 7am UTC is the top-performing window, and sending in the afternoon takes roughly 60% more effort for the same number of replies. It's the rare fix that costs you nothing but a scheduling change. These aren't estimates. They're pulled from 850 million sends in H1 2026, so you can put a real number next to your own campaigns. The 16x gap comes down to these four metrics, and every one of them is fixable this week. Comment "REPORT" and I'll send you the State of Cold Email 2026. Over to you: which of these four is quietly costing you the most replies right now?
