  • 🏆 2026 QUEENSLAND – 3RD PLACE FOR BEST PAPER BY AN OPERATOR! Congratulations to Liam Kelly and Dion Molloy from Seqwater for sharing their presentation, “Strategy to Reality: One Year On from Strategic Change to Maintenance Delivery.” Drawing on their experience in Maintenance Improvement and Reliability, Liam and Dion provided an honest look at the first year of operating under a new maintenance contract, sharing what worked, what required adjustment, and the lessons learned along the way. Their presentation highlighted how lasting operational improvements come from disciplined execution, clear responsibilities, consistent standards, and continuous learning in the field, rather than contract structures alone. 👏 A valuable example of sharing real experiences, practical insights, and lessons learned to help others across the industry improve and succeed. • 🏆2026 QUEENSLAND - BEST PAPER OVERALL WINNER (BRIAN DAVIS AWARD)! Congratulations to Angelina Isler from TRILITY with presentation “Enhancing leak detection through digital monitoring and operational expertise”. This open category award recognises the most outstanding paper presented at the conference. Angelina’s submission impressed judges with its clarity, depth and practical relevance. Objectives: 💠Reduce non-revenue water through earlier detection and improved network visibility 💠 Shift from reactive inspection to proactive, data-driven maintenance 💠 Deliver near-real-time alerting without proportional increases in operational costs Highlighting how everyday operational challenges can inspire industry-wide improvements! Proudly Sponsored by SAFEgroup Automation (SGA) Your experience matters too! Submit an abstract, share what you’ve learned, and be recognised for the work you’re doing on the ground!
