We took our materials overseas for the first time - joining #FashionInStyle as a NEXT Innovator and showcasing our microalgae-based materials on one of Asia’s biggest fashion stages 💼 From reconnecting with partners, conversations with brands, manufacturers and innovators from across Asia (Google Translate does wonders 😅). A little update before the year ends - Bloom Biotech was selected as a winner of the Low Carbon Solutions 2025, a program supporting next-gen technologies designed to help decarbonize the planet. The award - presented by Foundation for Future Generations x Helios Foundation - recognizing our work in developing microalgae-based textile materials as a sustainable alternative for the fashion industry A big milestone for our team! The best part? We’re just getting started 🚀

Today is a extra special day to pick up the Gazet van Antwerpen 🗞️! Bloom Biotech is on the front page, highlighting how we’re developing next-generation materials that radically reduce fashion’s impact while keeping performance and aesthetics at the center 🌱 What started as lab experiments with microalgae is now gaining visibility outside the lab walls - and we’re just getting started.
