Historisch Centrum: dé plek voor sfeer, charme en cultuur. 🏰 In het historisch centrum van Antwerpen valt er altijd iets te beleven. Je wandelt er tussen prachtig erfgoed, maar tegelijk vind je overal leuke winkels, speciaalzaken en kleine adresjes die je meteen doen stoppen. ☀️ Dit sfeergebied is het grootste horecagebied van de stad. Zo zijn er tal van terrassen rond de Kathedraal, de Grote Markt en de Groenplaats. De Groenplaats krijgt binnenkort zelfs een nieuwe, frisse look. 🛍️ In de autovrije Hoogstraat zitten tal van winkels die ook op zondag open zijn. De Wolstraat charmeert met haar oude boeken en kunstobjecten, terwijl de Lange Koepoortstraat barst van de unieke spulletjes, mode, accessoires en fijne plekjes om iets te drinken of te eten.. 📍 Kort gezegd: het historisch centrum is een buurt waar bezoekers blijven terugkomen én waar ondernemers bouwen op beleving, sfeer en heel véél passage. Als accountmanager Industrie en KMO zet collega Julie Van Nuwenborg zich dagelijks in voor het behoud en de groei van industriële kmo’s die gevestigd zijn in Antwerpen. In nauwe samenwerking met collega’s, partners en bedrijven gaat zij op zoek naar manieren om ondernemingen vooruit te helpen en hun ambities mee waar te maken. Ondernemers kunnen bij haar terecht met een brede waaier aan vragen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan plannen om te verhuizen of uit te breiden, ondersteuning bij een vergunningsdossier of advies over beschikbare steunmaatregelen rond export, innovatie, energietransitie of werknemersmobiliteit. Ook wanneer bedrijven kansen zien om hun ruimtegebruik op een bedrijventerrein te optimaliseren of synergieën met andere ondernemingen willen onderzoeken, kan Julie hierbij ondersteuning bieden.  Een van de projecten waar zij momenteel sterk bij betrokken is, is de Climate Tech Summit op 10 november. Dit evenement brengt oprichters, investeerders en bedrijfsleiders samen rond technologische oplossingen voor energietransitie en innovatieve spelers kunnen er waardevolle contacten leggen.
