🌍 After the 2025 Carbon Footprint assessment, it’s time to take action! “Climate isn’t just another issue. It’s a matter of value.” — Godefroy De Colombe, CEO of EPSA Since late June, the Climate workshops led by the EPSA for Good teams have been touring the Group’s offices across Europe. On the agenda: two hours of discussions, quizzes, brainstorming sessions and collaborative exchanges to better understand the key findings of the 2025 Carbon Footprint assessment, put the results into perspective through orders of magnitude, and identify concrete actions that each of us can take in our day-to-day work. 📍 10 cities, 5 countries, one shared ambition. Summer is seminar season, and June gave us plenty of reasons to come together across the EPSA ecosystem. ☀️   EPSA teams embraced the seminar spirit, with several dedicated events bringing colleagues together at EPSA Innovation France, ekodev by EPSA and Boer & Croon. Moments designed to strengthen team bonds, align ambitions and create lasting memories.   Beyond seminars, celebrations continued across our international teams. In Portugal, FI Group by EPSA gathered for the traditional Arraial de Santos Populares, while in Brazil, teams enjoyed the festive atmosphere of Festa Junina and the World Cup together ⚽🎉. Further north, colleagues combined business and team spirit during a mid-year review, followed by an evening on the water. 🌊   Different countries, different traditions, but the same desire to connect and share meaningful moments together. 🌍 Taking action on climate change starts with understanding where our impact comes from.   The EPSA Group’s 2026 Carbon Footprint Report helps us identify where to focus our efforts first and direct them where they will have the greatest impact.   Some key findings:   📌 50,835 tCO₂e emitted in 2025 🔍 97% of our emissions from scope 3 📈 While global emissions increased by 18% compared to 2024, this should be viewed in light of the 41% rise in the number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)   These results confirm the priority drivers of our climate strategy: reducing the environmental impact of our operations, developing more responsible digital solutions, engaging our value chain, and integrating ESG considerations into our expertise and offerings.   Our ambition is clear: to reduce the intensity of our emissions (excluding procurement activities) by 52% by 2030 and to support our clients’ transition toward more sustainable performance.   Enjoy our dedicated motion design to sum-up the results!   #EPSAForGood #CarbonFootprint #Climate #Decarbonization #CSR #ESG  https://lnkd.in/eSxuN7ws
