🚀 We are looking for a Manual Jr. QA Engineer to join our team! 🚀

At AgileTV, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our digital TV platform across Android, iOS, Smart TV, and Web applications, helping us deliver the best entertainment experiences to millions of users.

🚀 What You'll Do

✅ Execute manual test cases and test plans.

✅ Perform functional, regression, exploratory, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.

✅ Validate digital TV applications across Web, Mobile (Android/iOS), and Smart TV platforms.

✅ Test video streaming, playback, authentication, search, recommendations, and content management functionalities.

✅ Report, document, and track defects using Jira and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

✅ Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

✅ Validate cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

✅ Support continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.

✅ Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA colleagues to ensure high-quality product releases.

✅ Requirements

🔹 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.

🔹 Experience testing Web and Mobile applications (Android and iOS).

🔹 Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.

🔹 Experience using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Xray, or similar.

🔹 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

🔹 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

🔹 Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2 level or higher).

⭐ Nice to Have

🔹 Experience testing OTT, IPTV, digital TV, video streaming, or Smart TV applications.

🔹 Experience with Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar QA tools.

🔹 Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

🔹 Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.

🔹 Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

🔹 Spanish language skills.

🔹 Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
