Our Virtual Urgent Care Clinic (VUCC) is open daily from 1–9 p.m. — even on statutory holidays — and available for extended after-hours care. Online booking for same- and next-day appointments makes it easy, convenient, and hassle-free to access VUCC.

We're excited to announce our partnership with @cmhayork to expand access to repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) services! 📢🧠 Thanks to recent provincial expansion funding, access to publicly funded rTMS has been expanded across Ontario for adults living with treatment-resistant depression. Through this partnership, more people have access to this safe, effective, evidence-based treatment. 💩 Good news for your colon health! Ontario has lowered the recommended age for colon cancer screening from 50 to 45, helping more people get screened earlier. Why does it matter? Colon cancer screening can help find cancer early, when treatment has the best chance of working. In fact, when colon cancer is detected early, 9 out of 10 people can be cured. This change means more than 1 million additional Ontarians are now eligible for the fecal immunochemical test (FIT) 💩 — a simple screening test that can help detect signs of colorectal cancer. At Markham Stouffville Hospital, we offer the Colon Cancer Check colorectal cancer screening program. If you're 45 or older, you may be eligible for screening. Community Health Clinic (CHC) Stouffville expanded to a larger location in April 2025 to help meet the health care needs and growing demands of the community. The vision behind CHC when it first opened in Stouffville was to improve access to timely, community-based primary care for individuals and families who were struggling to find accessible health care services.
