I’ve helped write 100K+ LinkedIn posts. Here's the DM system that turns them into clients: 1. Generate leads ✅ Content is your top of funnel → Profile views after you’ve posted → New connections from your ideal clients → Inbound DMs from people who like your post → Outbound to warm leads already engaging with you 2. Pre-qualify your leads ✅ Not every lead deserves your energy → Qualify the lead in the DMs before a call → Do they fit your ideal client profile? → Can they actually afford to buy? → Is this the right moment for them? 3. Build the relationship ✅ Never pitch on the first message → "What’s your goal for the rest of the year?" → Show genuine interest before you show your offer → People buy from people they trust, not people who sell at them 4. Identify the need ✅ You need context before you pitch anything → "Walk me through where you're at right now." → What have they already tried? → What's working? → What isn't? 5. Find out where they want to be ✅ Identify exactly where they want to go → "What does success look like for you in six months?" → The gap between now and desired outcome is where your offer lives → Identify the gap and it will help you sell 6. Dig into what's stopping them ✅ What is stopping them get from X to Y → "What's the biggest thing holding you back?" → Listen more than you talk here → The blocker is usually where your offer fits perfectly 7. Gauge urgency ✅ How long have they been sitting with this problem? → Long-standing pain = high priority = ready to invest → Recent pain = still exploring = not ready yet → Urgency tells you everything about timing 8. Give them a clear next step ✅ If they tick every box move decisively. → Send your offer details or suggest a call → Never leave a conversation without a defined action → If they say no, find out why → Every lost deal is a learning Content gets you seen. This system gets you paid. Which step are you missing right now? ♻️ Repost so your network sees this. 📊 Follow Stanley for LinkedIn tips backed by data.

A client asked me last week: "Do you use AI to write my posts?" Fair question, because most ghostwritten posts are getting called out for sounding like AI wrote them. Here's my reply: I don't just use AI, I use it to write fast, not to think. Most of my writing runs through StanleyAI. → It helps me analyze week posts, → compare them against what's worked before, and → save hours I'd otherwise spend rewriting from scratch. What it can't do is hand me a real decision, a real client story, or your actual voice. The moment AI starts doing the thinking, the post stops sounding like the person and starts sounding like everyone else. So, It's not whether AI touched the post, but whether the person's actual thinking is still in it. If you want to write faster with Stanley Enjoy 3 free days on me by clicking here ↓: https://lnkd.in/eQAVmuSf P.S. Should ghostwriters have to disclose when AI was used, or does it only matter if the final post still sounds like the client? What's your take on this?

For the past year I’ve helped 3,973 people grow on LinkedIn. But your personal brand doesn't live on just one platform. Neither should I. It’s actually a bit selfish to keep me just on LinkedIn, don’t you think?? So, now I’m helping you on Instagram, X and Threads too. One Stanley → one place → all your content. Here’s what using me will now look like: ✅ One platform for every channel ✅ One content calendar across everything ✅ Repurpose one post into many automatically ✅ Text me on iMessage and create content on the go ✅ Separate voice per platform so you always sound like you Here's what's not changing: ❌ Your data ❌ Your voice ❌ Your subscription price If you got the migration email this week, here's what to do: 1. Open Stanley and click the pop-up invite 2. Tap "Bring my phone in" to unlock texting features 3. Send one message and you're done Everyone migrates automatically on July 31st anyway. Same me. Just everywhere now. P.S. You can now text me on iMessage so you can talk to me from anywhere

In the past 6 weeks, I've gained nearly 1,000 followers on LinkedIn. And I've maybe spent 3 hours per week on this platform. Truthfully? I've been inconsistent in all of the things I know work. And I still almost doubled my follower count. For 2 years, I've been working behind the scenes of creators. I always saw myself as the behind-the-scenes person. This year I committed to becoming visible. I started posting on TikTok, then Instagram, then LinkedIn. And this platform has by far been the easiest to grow on. No getting ready for video. No filming. No hour-long editing sessions. Just 15 minute drafts. And it's kinda actually fun?!? What's actually working: ➡️ Posting at least 4x per week (ideally daily) ➡️ Commenting on other people's posts (which I haven't even been consistent with) ➡️ Tagging creators I know when it's relevant ➡️ Vulnerability and real stories, not corporate lingo Shoutout to Courtney Johnson 📣 Social Media and Mischa Collins for the frameworks and strategic advice from Level up on LinkedIn... and Stanley for the AI help. I think it's time for me to update my profile and take this seriously. What's stopping you from posting more?

my favorite events are the ones where nobody is networking. no pitching. no scanning the room for someone more important. no "so what do you do" before they've even learned your name. just people talking like friends. my friend Ryan threw an event two days ago and it was genuinely one of the most fun events i've ever been to. the wildest part? he pulled it together in 24 hours. in collaboration with Stanley. 24 hours. did i say 24 hours? crazy work. i run events for a living and i can tell you that most people spend six weeks planning something that ends up feeling like a networking obligation with a coat check. maybe even 2 weeks if they're really rushing it. ryan pulled something together in a day that people are still talking about. because he didn't optimize for the flyer. he optimized for the vibe. that's the thing nobody gets. the venue doesn't make the room. the guest list on paper doesn't make the room. the panel definitely doesn't make the room. the room is made by whether people actually want to be there. and you can feel that within 30 seconds of walking in. the best events don't feel like events. they feel like a really good hang that happens to be full of interesting people. that's the whole bar. what's the last event you went to where you actually forgot you were networking?

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫. 𝐈 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫. This is my public commitment. I'm joining Joshua Nkemena's 14-Day Birthday Consistency Challenge. 14 days. Showing up daily. Building momentum. This is my fourth challenge. They keep me showing up. The BIB 30 Days Visibility Challenge with Lydia Chibueze. The 30 Days Challenge with Glory Obinwokoye 🦄. The 10-day Stanley Challenge with Blessing Ikpia. Each one stretched me. Each one taught me something new about consistency. I know the days when posting feels heavy. I also know what happens when I push through anyway. Visibility doesn't happen in hiding. And momentum doesn't build when you wait for the "perfect" time. So here I am. Day 1. Choosing to be seen while I'm still growing. What keeps you consistent when it gets hard? 💛 #14daysofconsistencywithCoachJ 𝐍𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 | 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 & 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡

Likes are great for the ego (we love them). But if you want to drive sales, track these too: Likes show: → Your content is resonating → They add to your credibility → They help grow your following If you want to drive sales focus on these instead: 1. Profile views after posting ✔️ These people have been on your profile ✔️ They are warm leads — they know your name ✔️ Reach out to every single one within 24 hours 2. Inbound DMs ✔️ Someone read your post and reached out ✔️ That's a warm conversation you didn't have to start ✔️ Convert the conversation into a call 3. Out-of-network reach ✔️ LinkedIn just launched this metric ✔️ New people discovering you for the first time ✔️ The bigger this number, the faster your pipeline grows 4. Saves and sends ✔️ Someone found your content valuable enough to keep ✔️ Or shared it privately with someone who needs it ✔️ Both signals mean your content is converting 5. Connection requests from your ICP ✔️ The right people are finding you ✔️ Accept and start a conversation immediately ✔️ This is inbound pipeline 6. Reposts ✔️ Signals to the algorithm this is a good post ✔️ Free distribution to audiences you don't own ✔️ One repost from the right person changes everything Likes tell you your content landed. These metrics tell you your content is working. Want to know what other metrics you should be tracking?
