[#BIO2026] BIO 2026 comes to a close, but the conversations are only just beginning. The France Pavilion was built on a simple ambition: to connect French innovators with North America and the rest of the world. Over the past few days, the Business France North America team has witnessed dozens of meetings and hundreds of handshakes. We hope many of those discussions will soon become partnerships, investments, and breakthrough solutions that improve patients’ lives around the globe. We had the privilege of welcoming distinguished guests from across the international healthcare ecosystem and more, including the Governor of Minnesota Tim Walz, the Vice Minister of Health of Saudi Arabia, the French Consul General of France in Los Angeles, business delegations from Hong Kong and Mexico, and of course, as an outstanding lineup of experts who shared their insights, experiences, and vision. The French Reception, organized by Business France & Ipsen, hosted over 300+ attendees on the Maritime Museum of San Diego and offered an exceptional networking opportunity overlooking the harbor. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made the French Pavilion possible: our partners, exhibitors, speakers, visitors, the teams working behind the scenes, and last but not least, our 100+ companies delegation. Your commitment is what makes this community so exceptional. Together, we continue to strengthen the bridges between ecosystems, accelerate innovation, and shape the future of healthcare. Under the sunny skies of San Diego, we bid farewell to BIO 2026, already looking ahead with excitement to the 2027 edition. See you in Buzzy Philly! It’s never too late to connect! [#BIO2026] ⚗️The French Pavilion at BIO International Convention brings together 100+ pioneering French companies at the forefront of the life sciences industry. This collective presence highlights the vitality of France’s biotech and healthcare ecosystems, presenting cutting-edge technologies, groundbreaking research, and high-potential partnerships. Spearheaded by Business France, the national agency for the international development of the French economy, this initiative boosts France’s global visibility and promotes strategic collaborations between French innovators and international stakeholders. From agile startups to industry leaders, the Pavilion represents a broad spectrum of expertise - from biopharmaceuticals and life sciences services to medical technologies and research institutions. It serves as a dynamic hub for networking, business development, and knowledge sharing - reflecting France’s commitment to advancing global health and life sciences innovation. The French Pavilion at the BIO International Convention is far more than a networking space — it’s where concrete collaborations take shape, strategic discussions turn into licensing deals, and innovation moves toward international scale-up. As a key bridge between the French and U.S. healthcare ecosystems, the Pavilion reflects the mission of Business France and French Healthcare: bringing together a strong delegation of French biotechs, medtechs, CROs and service providers with U.S. pharma companies, investors, hospitals, industry leaders and key opinion leaders to build high-value partnerships that accelerate U.S. market entry and fuel international growth. Each year, BIO serves as a pivotal milestone for French life sciences companies looking to scale internationally and expand their footprint in the U.S. The French Pavilion plays a central role in this dynamic, enabling targeted business meetings and fostering direct connections that often lead to licensing agreements and long-term collaborations across the Atlantic. The momentum continues to grow year after year — and we’re only getting started. Let’s make 2026 our most impactful edition yet.
