Bechtle is expanding its partnership with NVIDIA while strengthening its position as a provider of AI infrastructure in Europe. The new Nvidia AI Factory Specialization confirms Bechtle’s extensive expertise in designing, deploying and scaling high-performance AI solutions for enterprises and the public sector. In collaboration with Dell Technologies, Bechtle is establishing a central Dell AI Factory with Nvidia at its Nuremberg site, featuring a demonstration and proof-of-concept environment as well as a dedicated competence centre for consulting and workshops. Vor einigen Wochen haben wir mit einer einfachen Frage begonnen: «Was brauchen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden morgen von uns und wie schaffen wir die Voraussetzungen dafür schon heute?» Daraus wurden intensive Diskussionen, ehrliche Debatten, neue Perspektiven und viele Stunden gemeinsamer Arbeit. Menschen aus unterschiedlichsten Bereichen haben ihr Wissen, ihre Erfahrungen und ihre Ideen eingebracht. Das Ergebnis ist mehr als eine Strategie. Es ist ein gemeinsames Verständnis davon, wo wir hinwollen und wie wir diesen Weg gemeinsam gestalten. Heute haben Armando Seixas und Stephan Christophidis diesen Dialog in der ersten Folge unseres internen Strategie-Podcasts fortgesetzt. Offen, praxisnah und mit einem klaren Blick auf das, was uns als Bechtle in der Schweiz in Zukunft erfolgreich macht. 📢 Bechtle strengthens managed services business in the Netherlands with Interforce. Bechtle has acquired Interforce Networks BV and Interforce Hosted Solutions BV, expanding its presence in the Netherlands. Interforce is an established managed services provider focused on mid-sized businesses across the Netherlands. The acquisition strengthens Bechtle’s managed services portfolio, increases its share of recurring revenue and adds deep technical expertise in modern workplace, cloud networking, cloud hosting and communication services. Bechtle has placed its second Schuldschein loan, following its inaugural transaction in 2018. Strong investor demand enabled the company to raise the target volume from €250 million to €450 million, with the order book heavily oversubscribed and closing early. Final demand reached €864.5 million—around 3.5 times the original target. A total of 84 domestic and international investors participated in the transaction. The loan comprises six tranches with maturities of three, five and seven years, at both fixed and floating rates. 📢 Good News: PLANET AI, the Bechtle Group’s AI research and development company, has won the Competition on Multimodal Reasoning over Documents 2026 (DocVQA 2026). Held as part of the International Conference on Document Analysis and Recognition (ICDAR), the competition is widely regarded as the world’s most demanding benchmark for document understanding AI systems. The Rostock-based company secured first place both overall and in seven of the eight competition categories, outperforming the standard mixture-of-experts baseline by around 20 percentage points and the second-placed team by just under 14 percentage points. Bechtle Schweiz AG and Inalp Group AG have entered into a partnership. The aim of the cooperation is to integrate Inalp Group’s highly secure network and data storage solutions into Bechtle’s solution portfolio. In doing so, the companies are combining their expertise to specifically advance the development of digitally sovereign, secure, and resilient IT and OT infrastructures for companies and public sector clients. “Digital sovereignty is now a central component of future-proof IT strategies,” says Martin Kull, Vice President Bechtle Switzerland. “With Inalp Group, we are gaining an innovative partner.
