One of the harder data connectivity problems in commercial transportation isn't speeds or frequencies. During the event, TE officially signed its adherence to the Principles of Diversity and Inclusion, an important milestone that underscores its ongoing commitment to building a more equitable, respectful, and representative corporate environment. The signing of these principles is the result of a consistent journey by the organization, which has been investing in internal initiatives and being recognized for its practices. Based on a survey conducted by Automotive Business and applied to TE employees, the company joins the group of organizations recognized for their progress in diversity and inclusion within the automotive segment. "This is an important step that validates our efforts and drives us to continue evolving. We believe diversity strengthens our culture, fosters innovation, and creates a positive impact for our employees, clients, and society," emphasizes Claudia Serrano, Human Resources Manager for Automotive South America.
