WeForging is a specialized manufacturer engaged in the export of forged and machining products, covering an area of 120,000 square meters. We have one professional large-scale forging factory and four machining factories, including capabilities in die forging, ring rolling, rough machining, heat treatment, precision machining, gear production, and hydraulic cylinder assembly. Our annual production capacity is 30,000 tons for various of free-die forgings, ring rollings and formed forgings. The clients and projects we have worked with are: MTU, Mayer&Cie, Columbia Gear, KNICK, SANY, XCMG, LIUG, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Guizhou FAST Telescope, and Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport and so on. Our primary principle is quality. We strictly adhere to customer drawing specifications and production processes. Every critical quality control point—from raw material (testing) to heat treatment, precision machining, gear processing, packaging, and transportation—is monitored by inspectors to ensure production quality management. We can provide forgings ranging from 0.05 kg to 150 kg. Our main products serve industries such as engineering machinery, mining equipment, wind power, nuclear power, cruise ships, yachts, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, damping, high-speed rail, bridges, agricultural machinery, and other engineering/mechanical equipment fields.     Why is forging temperature critical in steel forging? In steel forging, temperature control plays an important role in achieving consistent quality and reliable performance.
