💡Before XiM27 came to life, the team embarked on a comprehensive research journey that included preparation, user testing, and creative ideation. Each step contributed to the creation of a concept car designed to meet future mobility needs. The research phase began by defining the project scope, user‑experience objectives, and a structured plan to guide the entire process. A realistic testing environment was prepared, including a detailed manikin setup to simulate authentic in‑cabin ergonomics. User testing sessions provided crucial insights into real user behavior, including comfort, reachability, visibility, and interaction patterns. These observations highlighted key expectations for future mobility and informed the next stage of ideation. Drawing from these insights, the team explored new human-machine interface (HMI) directions, ergonomic concepts, and smart surface applications that ultimately influenced the XiM27 experience. #YanfengInnovation #ExperienceInMotion #FutureMobility

This month, the spotlight turns to Harrison Township, Michigan 🌍 a plant that has been part of Yanfeng’s network since 2011 and plays a key role in producing high‑quality door panels and floor consoles. The plant is currently working on the implementation of AGVs on the U725 floor console line and continues to strengthen its commitment to environmental protection through Storm Water Pollution and Spill Prevention plans. Earlier this year, the team successfully completed the U725 FC move from Romulus to Harrison, with production now fully running on site, marking an important milestone for the location.
