Himmel + Meringoff was also one of the first major New York landlords to <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2015\/04\/wework-signs-massive-lease-at-1460-broadway\/\">team up with WeWork<\/a>, agreeing to a 19-year, 180,000-square-foot lease at 1460 Broadway.\r\n\r\nThe firm acquired 305,000-square-foot industrial property at <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/tag\/1601-bronxdale-avenue\/\">1601 Bronxdale Avenue<\/a> in the Bronx\u2019s Van Nest area in mid-2019 with financier Square Mile Capital Management, and Himmel + Meringoff Properties also repositioned the 500,000-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/tag\/525-west-57th-street\/\">525 West 57th Street<\/a> for life sciences tenants.
