Upscale fitness center <\/span>Composure Club<\/b> inked a 13,900-square-foot lease in Boca Raton, Fla., Commercial Observer has learned.<\/span><\/p>\n

The wellness concept, which signed a 10-year lease, is set to open its first location by the end of the year at <\/span>500 Northeast Spanish River Boulevard<\/b>, just west of the Dixie Highway.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe designed the club to elevate the everyday, with a thoughtful, design-forward, hospitality-led approach to fitness and wellness,\u201d <\/span>David Somberg<\/b>, founder of Composure Club, said in a statement. \u201cIt\u2019s a space where performance, recovery and connection come together seamlessly.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Composure Club was represented by <\/span>Jared <\/b>Robins<\/b> of <\/span>Inhouse Commercial<\/b>. <\/span>Newmark<\/b>\u2019s <\/span>Mitch Heifetz<\/b> represented the landlord, <\/span>Brickstar Capital<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beverly Hills-based Brickstar, led by <\/span>Eddia<\/b> and <\/span>David Mirharooni<\/b>, purchased the 55,523-square-foot strip mall for $12.6 million in 2022, according to property records, and launched a multimillion-dollar renovation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Current tenants include <\/span>Image Studios<\/b>, <\/span>Mane Coffee<\/b>, <\/span>The Sweat Room Pilates<\/b>, <\/span>Intensity X3<\/b> Fitness & Kickboxing<\/b> and <\/span>Eleven Eleven Skin<\/b>. About 8,000 square feet remains available.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

High-end gyms are seeing a surge in demand. <\/span>Equinox <\/b>is expanding across South Florida. It opened a location last year in West Palm Beach, with more planned in Miami\u2019s Edgewater and Boca Raton, the latter of which will <\/span>span 37,000 square feet<\/span><\/a> at the former headquarters of <\/span>Office Depot<\/b>, which is being redeveloped into a mixed-use complex.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
