Today we're sharing exciting news from Vena Solutions that directly shapes what’s next for Acterys customers. Vena Solutions, the leader in Microsoft-native orchestrated financial and operational planning, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Morpheo AI, subject to customary closing conditions.  Earlier this year, Vena acquired Acterys, adding advanced operational planning and write-back to Power BI across the broader Vena portfolio. Together with Morpheo AI’s technology, it will strengthen the governed data and cumulative context foundation across the Vena portfolio, connecting financial and operational data to support orchestrated performance across planning and decisioning in Excel-native and Power BI-native experiences. For Acterys customers, that means an even clearer path to turn fragmented enterprise data into structured, enriched business context that AI can understand and act on while continuing to build on the Microsoft investments, systems, and controls they already rely on.
