The AI Agent Management Platform that finishes the job.

Info

Aigentiq is the AI Agent Management Platform for enterprise: one control layer that orchestrates and governs your agents across every system and model you run. A copilot suggests. Aigentiq runs the work. Agents take ownership of complete business processes, from customer service to billing to intake, and execute them end-to-end inside your core systems, far beyond conversational AI and CX. What sets the platform apart: Ready-made or build your own Deploy a ready-to-go agent for a common workflow, or build a custom one for a process unique to your business. Both are configured from the dashboard by editing plain-language prompts, with no code, then deployed across chat, voice, phone, email, and more. Deep system orchestration Agents read from and write back to SAP, ERP, CRM, and the systems that run the business, completing real transactions rather than just answering questions. Built for regulated industries Role-based access, human-in-the-loop approvals, and immutable audit trails, certified to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and BSI C5. EU-sovereign, sovereign-cloud, and AWS hosting options keep data where you choose. Open and model-agnostic Route each task to the best or most cost-effective model, and switch providers without re-platforming. No lock-in. Founded by Zoran Petrovic, Managing Director (Geschäftsführer) of Conuti, Aigentiq is Conuti's sister company, rooted in the European energy sector before expanding across regulated industries. Start with an Agentic Proof of Value: a fixed-fee engagement on one real process, live in weeks, with the fee credited if you continue.

AI-readiness is likely not what you thought. Our founder Zoran on the first steps to get AI-ready, before you ever touch a model. What did your first six months with AI actually look like?

The connecting part is fast now. MCP made sure of that. What still separates a pilot from something a care team actually relies on is everything that happens after the agent gets the answer: - can you trace it, - can it escalate what it isn't sure about, - can it survive an audit. Swipe through for what a preoperative intake agent looks like when it's built for that instead of just built for the demo.

Last time we mapped the four ways teams try to connect agents to their systems, and the fifth one (MCP) that's becoming the standard. Connecting was never the hard part. Knowing what the agent did with that access is. Swipe through: slide 7 is where most teams are headed next, whether they've named it yet or not.

Remember building a company website in the early dot-com days m? If so, you will recognize the parallels. Back then, the question was, “Do we really need a website?” Today, the equivalent question is whether your business is ready for machine customers and how AI agents will fundamentally change the way buyers discover, evaluate, and purchase products and services. Aigentiq can help with that. DM us for more info or visit our website.

In energy and want to know more about AI use cases in the energy sector? Have questions about: - AI governance - Agent sprawl - How to handle compliance - Implications of the AI EU act - Data sovereignty and hosting options - Being model agnostic - Keeping pricing and costs estimatable - API-readiness (just a hint - this isn’t the issue you think it is) And and and…. Meet with my wonderful colleagues at our sister company CONUTI at the Handelsblatt Conference. Details below. If you have topics you’d like to know more about - continue to DM us and post your questions in comments.

🤝 #AIinEnergy #Energiewirtschaft #CONUTI #Handelsblatt

Most AI initiatives don't fail because of the technology. Which of these five is blocking you right now? 👇

Is your Agentic AI EU AI Act-ready? Try saying that three times fast. Now try mapping the regulatory guardrails behind it. Audit trails, data lineage, and governance are built-in with the Aigentiq AI management platform and we can show you in live production systems. Most enterprises are still stuck: MIT found ~95% of gen AI pilots deliver no measurable ROI, and few ever reach meaningful agentic production. Compliance uncertainty is a big reason why. Want to know where you stand? We'll run a compliance readiness assessment with you.

When does Agentic AI make sense to implement? When you have the right use case AND: - can empower people with AI literacy to use, govern and secure it - have a laid out a SMART plan that clearly sets costs against ROI - choose an Agentic AI company who will work with you to improve business outcomes @dapperdemandagency Nicely done! Thanks for the laugh!

I fired my whole marketing team after Claude Fable 5 got introduced. Now, Claude Fable 5 became illegal. Damnit! So I’m hiring again. Please check our open roles.

A customer asked if we could handle GDT. For context: GDT (Gerätedaten-Transfer) is the standard interface, maintained by the Qualitätsring Medizinische Software, that medical devices use to communicate with practice management systems. ECG machines, diagnostic equipment, the lot. Niche, old-school, but deeply embedded in clinical workflows across DACH. We said yes and had it done in an afternoon. The agent monitors GDT output, extracts patient and measurement data, and routes results downstream, triggering follow-on processes, enriching patient records, or feeding into an AI decision layer. No one in the loop. The customer's developer reaction: "already done? That's it? That's the point. The hard stuff shouldn't feel hard on their end. Healthcare is one example. Wherever devices talk to systems in regulated environments: public sector, energy, insurance, manufacturing. The same logic holds: predictable data in, intelligent action out. Aigentiq handles what comes next, across industries. Got a workflow nobody wants to touch? That's exactly where we start. Drop a comment or DM us.
