Steel edge inspection at speeds of 350 m/minute!😱 At ArcelorMittal in Bremen, every micrometer counts. 🔍 Steel strips on massive rolls must be inspected for quality in real time, and even the tiniest defects make all the difference here!💡 Together with Selmatec Systems GmbH and ArcelorMittal, we were able to implement an intelligent inline inspection system that not only closely monitors product quality but also helps prevent scrap and improve quality. 🚀 The perfect 3D laser profile sensor for this task: the CS 1280!
