🌈 Celebrating Pride Month at Heitman 🌈 To mark Pride Month, Heitman’s Employee Resource Network, EPiC (Equality, Pride, Inclusion & Community), brought colleagues together through a series of programs in celebration and support of the LGBTQ+ community. The month kicked off with a Pride-themed breakfast, where colleagues connected over rainbow bagels and conversation, setting the tone for a month rooted in community and inclusion. Throughout June, EPiC led several initiatives, including a clothing drive benefiting the Center on Halsted and the collection of handwritten notes of encouragement for LGBTQ+ seniors.  The celebration concluded with a Pride-inspired Happy Hour featuring desserts from local LGBTQ+-owned business Jennivee's Bakery. During the event, participants also came together to assemble 100 hygiene kits for donation to the Center on Halsted’s Youth Program.
