Biggest ops challenge you secretly enjoy solving? Compliance. Unglamorous, but it's the operational equivalent of flossing: nobody claps for it, and you only notice when it's missing. I sleep well knowing every tick mark is set. 2. What moment made you think: "This is exactly what LAP is about"? A morning rush where the line was out the door, but the team is moving like one organism - fast, precise, smiling - and having fun doing so, nearly making it look effortless. 3. One question kept coming up: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗻𝗼𝘄? It’s pretty simple. People wanted more flexibility, more rewards, more ways to interact with LAP beyond the coffee run. The relationship with our customers doesn’t start and end at the counter anymore. Most coffee apps feel like payment tools. We wanted something that feels more like LAP: order ahead when you’re in a rush, skip the queue, invite a friend for a coffee, or join community events. Technology should make these moments easier, more fun and more connected in real life. We built the app with that in mind. It feels good to finally put it out into the world. Gude, FFM. 💙 This weekend we celebrated the opening of our first LAP Coffee in Frankfurt. We could not be happier with the warm welcome, the energy and most importantly: the people. Munich HBF, it’s been a ride. ☕️ Today marks the final day of our pop-up at Munich Central Station. Train stations are built around movement. Quick decisions, tight timings, people constantly on the go. Which is exactly why LAP felt at home here. This pop-up was built for the in-between moments: before trains, between meetings, coffee in hand, onward. Fast service, without cutting corners. Because quality and speed should go hand in hand. Huge thanks to the team who kept things moving, served great coffee at pace, and made sure no trains were missed along the way. See you at a station near you again very soon 💙

Kölle Alaaf! 💙 Last week, we opened the doors to our very first store in Cologne. It’s been a busy few days with long lines, familiar faces coming back already, people bringing friends by, messages from all over the city. A really warm welcome into a city that already has such a strong coffee culture and so many spots people genuinely love. That’s what makes opening here exciting to us. We’re not here to compete with the culture that already exists, we’re here to add our own energy to it and become part of the everyday rhythm of the city.
