1,200+ KILOMETRES. 73 TEAMS. ONE DESTINATION. Team Rynkeby. They ride for children. We ride for them. They are on their final kilometres. Tomorrow, every Team Rynkeby team will arrive in Paris - after eight days on the road, from different starting points spread all across Europe. Team Rynkeby has been doing this for 25 years. Every tour is a fundraising ride: the kilometres bring in the donations, and every euro raised goes to children with critical illnesses. In Germany, to the Deutsche Kinderkrebsstiftung. This year is the largest tour yet: 73 teams from eight countries, around 2,400 riders and 400 volunteers. We are glad to support them on their mission. Six German teams - Team Rynkeby Black Forest, Team Rynkeby Hamburg, Team Rynkeby Flensburg, Team Rynkeby Berlin, Team Rynkeby München, Team Rynkeby RheinRuhr and Team Rynkeby Nieder-Olm - are riding to Paris. For nine days, more than a million people fill the old town for San Fermín - the festival made famous worldwide by the early-morning encierro, the run through the narrow streets from Santo Domingo to the bullring. It is loud, dense, and euphoric: white shirts, red scarves, and a crowd that moves as one. Where that many hearts beat at once, some might need help. Sudden cardiac arrest does not announce itself, and in a crowd of this size every second counts. Survival depends on one thing above all: a defibrillator within reach, right where people gather. That is why we are proud to support the cardioprotection of San Fermín. PRIMEDIC and AB Medica Group s.a. are supporting Primeros Auxilios Navarra in the continued development of a network of Cardiac Rescue Points across the festivities.
