Less than two and a half years after our IPO, we have fully replaced the financing structure we started with. RENK has refinanced its previous leveraged buyout financing with a new unsecured syndicated loan package totaling €1.05 billion: • €450 million term loan • €225 million revolving credit facility • €375 million guarantee line All facilities have a five-year term with two one-year extension options. The shift from secured to unsecured financing eliminates the previous collateral concept entirely, significantly reduces annual financing costs, and gives us the flexibility to act on strategic opportunities faster and more independently. The market response speaks for itself: lending commitments from the international banking syndicate far exceeded the volume we actually needed. CFO Anja Mänz-Siebje puts it in context: “This successful refinancing is a clear sign that the capital market recognizes RENK’s strategic strength and dynamic growth path. The new unsecured financing structure gives us the financial foundation to systematically achieve our growth objectives by 2030, both organically and through targeted acquisitions.” The financial foundation for our next chapter of growth is in place.

Six weeks ago, we started production of the 4,000th HSWL 354 at our Augsburg site. Now it’s packaged and ready for delivery. The Leopard 2 is the backbone of Western land forces – armed forces across NATO and partner nations count on this system to perform when it matters most and our HSWL 354 is what keeps it moving. Producing the 4,000th unit is a milestone. Delivering it on time, on spec, without compromise is the standard. Our customers depend on it, and we take that personally. Behind this unit stands a team that builds with genuine ownership and pride. Our people bring tireless commitment and a real passion for the product, driven by a will to perfection that has no tolerance for “good enough.” 4,000 units built. Decades of trust delivered. We power freedom.

The gap between concept vehicle and fieldable solution is where most defense exhibitions get stuck. At Eurosatory 2026, we set out to close it. Over five days in Paris, discussions with customers, OEMs, armed forces, and industry partners kept returning to the same question: When does next-generation military mobility become real? Our answer was on display. ➡️ The HSWL 076, the first drive-by-wire-capable transmission approved for road use that could be deployed by NATO forces. Developed in less than two years for the 10-to-20-tonne vehicle class, it demonstrates how digital vehicle control can enable remote operations today and pave the way for autonomous capabilities tomorrow. ➡️ Together with Patria, we presented a heavy UGV concept that turns this vision into a tangible operational capability. ➡️ With the ESM 280, we showcased RENK’s entry into military wheeled vehicle drivetrains, extending our proven expertise beyond tracked platforms. ➡️ Our Horstman team highlighted advanced survivability technologies, including the battle-proven InArm® hydropneumatic suspension system and the Hydrostrut® energy-absorbing strut, both designed to enhance mobility, protection, and mission readiness for modern land platforms. What connects all these solutions is a shared ambition: delivering an integrated mobility ecosystem. Proven drivetrains, digital control architectures, advanced suspension technologies, and lifecycle support working together to meet the demands of future land operations. Another highlight was welcoming David Matei, one of Germany’s leading defence voices, to our booth for an insightful exchange on the future of military mobility. A big thank you to everyone who visited us in Paris and to the entire RENK team for making this week a success. Military mobility is accelerating. The demand for digital control readiness, hybrid integration, survivability, and autonomous capabilities is growing faster than ever. RENK is ready to help shape that future.

Das entscheidende Bauteil für fahrerlose Panzer kennt kaum einer (Anzeige) Ich dachte echt, man nimmt irgendein Panzer, baut ne Fernsteuerung dran, fertig. Falsch gedacht.

Here at Eurosatory in Paris, we are presenting the future of unmanned ground vehicle mobility. The war in Ukraine has made the case. The battlefield is changing faster than ever before because drones, electronic warfare and autonomous systems are fundamentally transforming the role of mechanized forces. First-generation UGVs were small, slow, electric, expendable. That baseline is shifting. Payloads are increasing, missions growing more complex, and heavier payloads require conventional propulsion: fuel-compatible, free from battery weight penalties and resupply constraints. The centerpiece of our booth is a next-generation heavy UGV concept developed together with Patria, combining their modular TRACKX vehicle platform with RENK's digital mobility architecture. It demonstrates controlled unmanned mobility for the 10-to-20-tonne vehicle class, for scenarios where crew presence is operationally impossible or tactically unacceptable. At the heart of it: the RENK HSWL 076. ➡️ The HSWL 076 is the first drive-by-wire-capable transmission approved for road use that could be deployed by NATO forces. The showcase demonstrates how this drivetrain enables remote and autonomous vehicle control without platform redesign. The same architecture supports driver assistance, platooning, crew-sharing across operator positions, and loyal wingman configurations, for manned, optionally unmanned, and purpose-built unmanned platforms. RENK's position in the unmanned mobility market is not tied to a single vehicle or OEM. The HSWL 076 is a platform-agnostic building block, certified and in service today, transferable across programs and nations. Come see it for yourself at Eurosatory this week.

On June 15, Germany will once again celebrate National Veteran Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the diligence, courage, and service of all active and former Bundeswehr soldiers. At RENK, we would like to thank all the veterans and active-duty soldiers. We know what you achieve every day, and it's impressive. ➡️ This day is not only a moment to honor those who serve, but also to acknowledge the families, friends, and communities who support them because no veteran stands alone. Under the motto “Veterans, Family & Friends,” the day highlights both the commitment of soldiers and the support network that enables their service. At RENK, we are closely connected to the soldiers who rely on our technology every day. Mobility is critical to the success and safety of military operations, and our mission is to provide reliable, innovative, and battle-proven solutions that ensure operational readiness, protect lives, and empower soldiers to carry out their missions safely. National Veteran Day also strengthens the bond between the military and society. Across Germany, central and local events invite citizens to connect with veterans, learn about their experiences, and celebrate the shared commitment to freedom and democratic values. For RENK, this day serves as a reminder of why our work matters. Every vehicle or ship we equip, contributes directly to the safety and effectiveness of those serving in the armed forces. We invite everyone to participate in the events, celebrate the courage and dedication of veterans, and show appreciation for the people who make service possible. Record results, strong shareholder support and a clear direction for the future: today, the RENK Group held its 2026 Annual General Meeting in Augsburg. It was an opportunity to reflect on a strong financial year, confirm our strategic direction, and set the course for continued growth. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions by a large majority, including a dividend of €0.58 per share for the 2025 fiscal year. This represents a 38% increase over the previous year and reflects our commitment to allowing shareholders to benefit directly from RENK’s success. One of the day's key decisions was the election of Dr. Klaus Richter to the Supervisory Board and his appointment as its new Chairman. His leadership experience across Airbus, BDLI and the Diehl Group brings valuable industry expertise and strategic perspective as RENK enters its next phase of growth. He succeeds Claus von Hermann, who stepped down at his own request after years of distinguished service. The successful IPO in 2024, RENK's inclusion in the MDAX and its development into one of Europe's leading listed defense companies are closely linked to his leadership and commitment. On behalf of everyone at RENK, we extend our sincere gratitude for his contribution. RENK's operational and financial performance continued to gain momentum in 2025: revenue reached €1.37 billion, up nearly 20%, the defense business grew by 24%, adjusted EBIT margin increased to 16.9%, and order backlog closed the year at a record €6.68 billion. As our CEO Dr. Alexander Sagel emphasized: "At a time of profound geopolitical change, we carry a special responsibility: for Europe's security, for our partners around the world, and above all for the soldiers who rely on our technologies." With revenue guidance of more than €1.5 billion for 2026 and the strongest first-quarter order intake in the company's history already achieved, RENK has entered the new financial year with strong momentum, a solid foundation and a clear direction. Thank you to our shareholders for their trust and to our employees whose expertise, dedication and daily commitment make this success possible. We power freedom. Pictures: Anne Kaiser
