And with a clear idea of why that question matters! 💡 The Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung awards scholarships to PhD candidates with excellent academic records, a convincing research project and socio-political commitment 👉 https://sohub.io/c5xv To apply, you should: • Be admitted to doctoral studies at a state or state-recognised university, as a rule in Germany • Have completed preliminary work on your PhD project and present a realistic timetable • Show socio-political commitment linked to democracy, ecology, solidarity or non-violence • Provide proof of German language skills at B2 level or DSH 1 Projects related to focal points of the Foundation’s activities will be given priority. Funding depends on your applicant status: German applicants, applicants educated in Germany and EU nationals can receive 1,650 euros per month plus 100 euros per month for research costs. Non-EU applicants educated outside Germany can receive 1,400 euros per months month plus a 100 euros per month mobility allowance and individual allowances.
