We work with sports franchises, performing arts institutions, festivals, universities, and many others around the world, giving them the ticketing solution to stay fully in control of their brand, the data, and their commercial success. Our platform is engineered for security, scale, and reliability across global markets, with modern APIs and clean, real-time data that allows organizers to optimize yield, understand their audiences, and build the intelligent, data-driven engine that prepares you for the age of AI. We are uniquely designed to become the extended brain of your operation, independent of whether it is human or artificial.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗟𝗔 𝗝𝗮𝘇𝘇 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 Jazz was born in public spaces. Congo Square in New Orleans, where people gathered before anyone had thought to charge admission. Central Avenue in Los Angeles, where the music spilled out of clubs and onto the street for anyone to hear. That relationship between live music, access, and audience has shaped jazz throughout history. LA Jazz Festival is built around the same belief. 40+ concerts over 17 days, outdoors in parks, on the streets in carnival, in intimate venues across LA, all leading to the final blowout weekend, Jazz on the Beach. For the community, for the culture, for everyone: paid experiences like reserved seats, boxes, and VIP cabanas exist alongside dozens of free events that open the doors wide. Running a festival built around access and community requires ticketing that holds the full range: free and paid on the same platform, a seating map built from scratch for an expansive tiered beach venue, and reporting that separates paid from free cleanly. Welcome to vivenu, Los Angeles Jazz Festival 🎷

🎭 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻'𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀? By making your CRM a native part of your ticketing system. Leading performing arts institutions already rely on the vivenu × Salesforce integration, implemented in partnership with BlueGator to bring ticketing, fundraising, and engagement into a single patron view. For most venues, patron data lives across systems that don't talk to each other: ticketing, CRM, and Donor Management. The subscriber who attended nine shows this season ends up getting the same renewal email as a first-time buyer, not by choice, but because the infrastructure is a walled garden that does not allow leveraging first party data or operational flexibility that translates into the tech. The 𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂 × 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 integration removes that bottleneck by syncing patron and transaction data directly into 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 via API. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲: Ticket purchases, event data, customer data, and ticket purchases flow natively into Salesforce Marketing and Nonprofit cloud. Box office, development, and marketing share the same record in real time. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺: Because of the native integration, patron data sits in Salesforce. Fundraising, volunteer management, and program management extend the same platform natively, with 3,000+ app partners available as your roadmap evolves. For performing arts teams moving off closed all-in-one systems, it's proof that patron relationships can finally match the ambition of the work on stage. → Learn more: https://hubs.ly/Q04q4nkq0

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲. Q1 2026 was live entertainment's strongest quarter since the pandemic. Most of that growth was driven by a small slice of fans the industry calls superfans. We broke down what a superfan strategy actually takes operationally: first-party data, presale mechanics, direct sales and more. Find the full blog below. And soon, we are releasing something that makes it significantly easier to act on. Full blog here: https://lnkd.in/d5FThpED More next week.

Ten months ago, Keal Blache made the case in IQ Magazine: AI is everywhere. And the organizers who will get the most out of AI are the ones who get their data foundation right first. That framing has only become more relevant since. The AI conversation in our industry has gotten louder and one thing stood out: The organizers seeing the strongest results today have 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 in common. Clean, accessible, first-party data is what gives AI something to work with. We have been building something that accelerates exactly that. More on that very soon.

🚨 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲? After being featured for a week on IQ Magazine, our perspective on the role of AI in ticketing is now also live on our company blog. 👉 In “AI Everywhere – Are We Overdoing It in Ticketing?” we take a clear stance: before chasing “AI-powered” buzz, event organizers must first unlock the real gold — their own ticketing data. We explore: → Why many organizations are still stuck with manual exports instead of live insights. → Where AI truly adds value in ticketing (and where it doesn’t). → How forward-thinking organizers already create impact today by leveraging data ownership. Because in ticketing, data first, AI second, is the only way to build lasting impact. 🔗 Read it now on our blog: https://hubs.ly/Q03JWcbc0

𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘂𝗹𝗺 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 vivenu. The Basketball Bundesliga club from Ulm, German champions in 2023, is moving its ticketing to vivenu. The club has a habit of trying new things, on the court and in how it runs the business. That shaped how they picked a ticketing platform. ratiopharm ulm wanted a system that could grow with them: open APIs to connect whatever they need, and room for the ideas they have not built yet. AI is a big part of that, including the role it will play in how they run the club. "As our sport and organizational ambitions grow, so do our requirements for digital infrastructure. It was important for us to choose a platform that integrates flexibly into our existing systems while giving us the freedom to develop our own processes independently. With vivenu, we found exactly that partner. Together, we are creating the conditions to offer our fans a modern and comfortable ticketing experience for the long term." — Andreas Oettel, CEO, ratiopharm ulm Want to take a look on how good ticket shops can look? https://lnkd.in/egdt4xZw? 𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗼'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀. Most sports clubs track how many tickets sold. Now you know who bought them, and which of them to talk to next. Do you know who came for the first time? Who hasn't renewed yet? Which season ticket holders went quiet this season? That's what Customer Segments does inside vivenu Engage. It turns your ticketing data into exactly these groups, so each one becomes a campaign waiting to happen. And each campaign is revenue the club is currently leaving on the table. Curious about which segments you should start with? Read here: https://hubs.ly/Q04nmfjz0

𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲: 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂 Following last week's launch, here's a closer look at the full cycle in practice. Picture your theatre season. The premiere is two weeks out and tracking well, with pre-sales already meeting target. The question now is where to find the next few percent of revenue. The answer is in your ticketing data: the audience that attended last season and has not yet booked. The first-time buyers who left after one show. The loyal patrons whose priority window closes in two days. vivenu Engage is a data and campaigning layer built directly into vivenu. It turns the audience intelligence your ticket sales already generate into personalized communication you can act on without leaving the platform. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. Not one big list of season ticket holders, but the ones who renewed every year and lapsed this one, last season's attendees who have not yet booked the new season, patrons ready for early access to the premiere, and single-ticket buyers who attended only once. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆, 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺. Send a targeted invitation to last season's audience straight from vivenu. No CSV export, no second tool, no list that's already out of date by the time you hit send. 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Last season's audience receives a personal invitation to return before the premiere sells through. Subscribers receive early access to the best seats ahead of the public on-sale. The under-sold midweek performance receives a targeted push to the buyers most likely to fill it. The cycle then repeats, with a sharper segment and stronger send. Curious about how it works? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗜𝗟 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. We saw that play out at NACDA 2026. Three days with athletic directors and the people who run college athletics all in one place. Retention, fan experience, donor strategy. All of it on the table. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲: The team caught the WNBA Aces vs. Storm game on Monday night. Monday and Tuesday we ran our Learning Lab out of a private room at Ri Ra Irish Pub inside Mandalay Bay, with our Customer Success team on site for hands-on dashboard sessions and the kind of conversations the show floor never quite makes space for. Tuesday night, we hosted the closing reception at Bali Hai Golf Club with 160+ guests, open air on the Strip, the right setting for the night NACDA actually feels like a community. Our Director of Collegiate Partnerships Darby M. Roggow also joined the National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations (NAATSO) panel on Managing the Market: Pricing, Partnerships & the Secondary Ecosystem. Our vivenu team on the ground: Simon Weber, Darby M. Roggow, Joe Stojkov, Travis Smith, Mike McCarney, Bethany Luke, Julia Ahaus, Lex van de Rijt, Oliver Hamacher, Max Permantier. Thanks for making it happen. See you next year.

His new edition takes that into the economics of how live actually grows, and where most of the industry is quietly looking in the wrong direction.
