Technology cannot just be used; technology must also be studied to find out whether it has played a good role or not. The research was conducted on business processes in secondary schools where the importance of technology is often underestimated, even though technology in schools also has an important role. In particular, technology analysis in the world of education will usually analyze applications or facilities related to the learning process. The aim of this research is to analyze accounting applications that help business processes in running school continuity, which is ultimately important for business continuity. implementation of accounting applications will help schools determine the increased level of capability and transparency. The analysis was carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework, where this framework has been updated with additional design factor analysis so that the audit will be carried out based on school priorities, focus, and strategy. In this research, data collection was carried out by means of observation and interviews with foundation administrators and school directors who had power in the school and had previously given research permission to the school concerned. The results obtained are a low level of ability with a high expected level of ability, namely at level 5, based on the design factors that have been carried out. Several recommendations are provided to help secondary schools achieve expected levels in each domain.

This research is based on several problems faced by health workers in 2022 before SIRS is impleme... more This research is based on several problems faced by health workers in 2022 before SIRS is implemented and there are plans to implement SIRS in 2023. The aim of this research is to reveal empirically the influence of perceived benefits, quality of information, organizational support and work engagement on the implementation of SIRS. This research is included in quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design, the population used is 30 health workers, the sampling technique uses a saturated sample which makes the entire population as respondents. The analysis method uses the three box method and PLS-SEM with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The results of the analysis conclude that perceived benefits, quality of information and organizational support have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the hospital information system, while work engagement has a negative effect on the implementation of the hospital information system.

HIS is a series of activities that cover all health services at all levels of administration that... more HIS is a series of activities that cover all health services at all levels of administration that can provide information to managers for the process of managing health services in hospitals. Based on the results of the PIECES analysis, there are aspects of performance that are not yet connected to other units, and frequent trouble loading occurs. In the information aspect, the menu in the application display has not been automatically linked between the website and HIS for-outpatient registration. Based on the economic aspect, HIS is not yet paperless and has not been connected to the patient queue time monitor in other units. In the control aspect, the application of HIS has not been able to control the information displayed to each user. Based on the efficiency aspect, there are often additional features in HIS, and in the service aspect, it is found that there is no manual backup in case of system errors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design research design using SPSS multiple regression, aiming to analyze the effect that can improve outpatient registration services in hospitals. This study used a sample of 60 staff related to the hospital registration unit. Results: There is a significant effect of the PIECES aspect of HIS on-outpatient registration at X Hospital Tangerang. The better the PIECES aspect of HIS will result in or improve the quality of outpatient registration services. Based on the results of the study, the implications of this study indicate the magnitude of the influence of the HIS performance aspect that can improve outpatient registration services at the hospital.

This paper propose the qualitative requirements analysis process to improving e-commerce system quality using OGORE. The proposed method will completing the previous research with adding qualitative analysis in the process based on AGORA method. By completing the requirements analysis process in OGORE with qualitative analysis, the proposed method can eventually become a new addition to the pre-existing requirements analysis process and can also be used especially in e-commerce system development process. With this qualitative requirements analysis, the Non Functional Requirements (NFRs) of e-commerce system can also be analysis using OGORE.
