H1 2026 marks another step forward in our journey, with solid performance and continued strategic progress. Our results reflect the continued strength of our strategy, and we have reiterated our full-year 2026 guidance of 9–12% Net Sales growth and EBITDA of €270M–€290M. Performance was driven by our European Dermatology business, which grew 18.1% year-over-year, supported by the strong performance of our key drivers and favourable market dynamics. Our skin is home to a complex ecosystem of microorganisms known as the microbiome. When in balance, it plays an important role in protecting and supporting overall skin health. Today, research is expanding our understanding of how skin health is influenced by more than just the skin itself. Psoriasis is more than skin deep. 💙 It can affect many aspects of a person's life, creating a physical, emotional and social burden. Beyond its visible symptoms, people living with psoriasis may also face stigma, discrimination and social exclusion, impacting not only their well-being but also that of their families. While the exact causes of psoriasis are not yet fully understood and there is currently no cure, the condition can be managed through a holistic approach. Alongside appropriate medical care, healthy habits such as balanced nutrition, regular physical activity and stress management can play an important role in supporting overall well-being. 🔬  Ha sido un placer abrir las puertas de dos centros clave en Almirall para recibir a Javier Padilla, Secretario de Estado de Sanidad, Ministerio de Sanidad. En esta visita institucional hemos compartido cómo conectamos I+D, capacidad industrial y talento para impulsar avances en dermatología médica. En nuestro centro global de I+D en Sant Feliu de Llobregat, trabajamos para transformar ciencia en progreso para transformar la vida de los pacientes. En la última década, hemos invertido más de 1.000 M€ en I+D, liderando más de 100 ensayos clínicos e integrando tecnologías innovadoras como el descubrimiento de fármacos basado en IA.  La visita continuó en la planta de Sant Andreu de la Barca, donde se refleja la fortaleza de nuestro modelo integrado: producción con los más altos estándares de calidad y una clara vocación europea. Solo en 2025, desde este centro distribuimos cerca de 76 millones de unidades a diferentes países.  🤝Gracias por el diálogo y el interés mostrado. Creemos que el diálogo abierto entre la industria y la administración debe permitirnos encontrar un marco que impulse la inversión y reconozca el valor estratégico de la industria farmacéutica. Our focus is to ensure that clinical awareness leads to real-world protection.
