Paola brings experience across L'Oréal, Beiersdorf, Edenred, and most recently CDI — where she led programmes at the intersection of preventive health and workplace wellbeing. That's exactly the combination Italy's benefits market needs right now. We're also grateful to Alberto Perfumo, who founded Eudaimon in 2002 and helped build corporate welfare into a mainstream discipline in Italy. He remains on Epassi Italy's Board of Directors. Last Thursday was a special moment for Epassi UK. Bringing together more than 150 customers, partners and colleagues to celebrate the progress we've made, the relationships we've built, and most importantly, the purpose that drives us every day. As workplace expectations continue to evolve, it's inspiring to see so many organisations committed to creating healthier, happier and more engaged workforces. We are pleased to announce an important leadership transition at Epassi. Nickyl Raithatha will join Epassi Group as our new Chief Executive Officer, with his start date to be confirmed in 2026. Pekka Rantala, who has led Epassi through an exceptional period of growth since 2019, will continue to support the company as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. Under Pekka’s leadership, Epassi has transformed from a Nordic success story into one of Europe’s leading SaaS employee benefits and wellbeing platforms— now operating in 10 countries, serving over 50,000 employers and 30 million employees, supported by a team of 1,000 Epassians. In 2025, our net revenue is expected to exceed €200 million. Nickyl brings extensive experience in building and scaling digital-first businesses that harness powerful network effects across B2C, B2B, and marketplace ecosystems. As CEO of Moonpig Group, he oversaw significant international expansion, quadrupled revenues, and led the company’s successful £1.4bn IPO on the London Stock Exchange. Pekka Rantala said: “When I joined Epassi in 2019, we were a team of 68 people with €8 million in revenue, operating in Finland and Sweden. Today, we serve customers in ten European countries, with 67% of our revenue generated outside the Nordics, and have expanded our product portfolio. A week ago, on September 25th, we had the pleasure of celebrating our annual Epassi Company Day ✨  taking place simultaneously in 9 cities across Europe and connecting colleagues from 12 different countries through a live broadcast. 🌍 Nearly 1000 Epassians joined in, making it a truly global celebration of our shared mission and spirit. This day was not just about reflecting on what we’ve achieved 👉 it was about looking ahead to what’s next. With fresh energy, clear alignment, and our mission of boosting everyday well-being, we’re ready to take on the future together. 🚀 After the joint broadcast session, each country continued with their own local programs and creative team activities.
