Trivsel i centrum hos L&P Springs Denmark Med afsæt i den seneste GAIS APV-måling har L&P Springs Denmark i samarbejde med Konsulenthuset Broen arbejdet målrettet med at styrke trivslen blandt vores 85 medarbejdere. Processen har strakt sig over tre måneder og har haft fokus på at omsætte indsigt til praksis. Resultatet er en konkret og handlingsorienteret trivsels- og stresspolitik, som er udviklet i tæt samarbejde mellem medarbejdere fra produktion, administration og ledelse. Det færdige materiale indeholder blandt andet: • Værktøjer til forebyggelse og håndtering af stress • En konkret “how-to” målrettet ledere • En grafisk opsummering af politikken • Et enkelt blended learning-forløb, der understøtter implementeringen Det er L&P Springs Denmarks forventning og håb, at politikken vil hjælpe med at sætte ord på de mere bløde områder i hverdagen og brede ansvaret for god trivsel ud til flere, så evt. overbelastning hos medarbejdere bliver taget i opløbet på tværs af hele fabrikken. Fredag den 19. juni blev politikken præsenteret ved et fælles møde for alle medarbejdere i Hodde-Tistrup Hallen, hvor vi samtidig benyttede lejligheden til at holde sommerafslutning. Pølsevognen fra Tistrup Slagtehus sørgede for frokost i det pragtfulde sommervejr. Alt i alt en dejlig dag med fokus på vores værdsatte medarbejdere. Etableringen af den fælles trivsels- og stresspolitik følges op med en ny GAIS-måling i efteråret. Well-being at the Center at L&P Springs Denmark Based on the latest GAIS workplace assessment, L&P Springs Denmark has, in collaboration with Konsulenthuset Broen, worked systematically to strengthen the well-being of our 85 employees. The process has spanned three months and focused on translating insights into practical actions. The result is a concrete and action-oriented well-being and stress policy, developed in close collaboration between employees from production, administration, and management. The final material includes, among other things: • Tools for the prevention and management of stress • A practical “how-to” guide for managers • A graphical summary of the policy • A simple blended learning program supporting implementation It is L&P Springs Denmark’s expectation and hope that the policy will help put words to the softer aspects of everyday work life and distribute the responsibility for well-being more broadly, ensuring that any employee overload is identified and addressed early across the entire factory. On Friday, June 19, the policy was presented at a joint meeting for all employees at the Hodde-Tistrup Sports Hall, where we also took the opportunity to hold our summer gathering. A mobile hot dog stand from Tistrup Slagtehus provided lunch in the wonderful summer weather. Overall, it was a very pleasant day with a focus on our valued employees. The implementation of the shared well-being and stress policy will be followed up by a new GAIS assessment in the autumn.

Leggett & Platt Springs UK is proud to share it is unveiling one of the largest single-roof solar installations in the United Kingdom – a 4MW rooftop solar PV system that marks a major milestone in our renewable energy journey. This initiative reflects our commitment to long-term sustainability, cost efficiency, and energy resilience, helping us take meaningful steps toward reducing our environmental impact. The project includes more than 7,700 photovoltaic modules, 25 high-efficiency smart string inverters, and a purpose-built rooftop rail system. Discussions began for this project back in 2022 and, thanks to Inspired leading the installation, the process is complete. A key element of this project is the commercial structure behind it. Through a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Zestec Renewable Energy, we’ve been able to deliver this system with no upfront capital cost. Leggett & Platt leases the roof space, purchases the solar-generated electricity at a fixed rate for 25 years, and ultimately takes full ownership of the system at the end of the term. Once online, the system is expected to generate more than a quarter of the site’s total electricity consumption. The onsite solar system will provide cost predictability and reduce reliance on traditional carbon-generating energy sources. Beyond these operational benefits, the project also strengthens our position within the wider value chain. Many of our customers operate within sectors where sustainability performance is a critical part of supplier evaluation. This project supports our customers’ needs and aligns with the sustainability expectations of major retailers and global brands. As more of our partners set ambitious carbon reduction targets, this installation ensures we are progressing in parallel. Generating future renewable electricity enhances our ability to supply products that support the low carbon expectations built into customer roadmaps. Transitioning a portion of our electricity demand to onsite renewable supply also reduces our long-term exposure to energy market volatility, evolving carbon policies, and anticipated increases in carbon pricing mechanisms. With Lions – Against Substance Abuse Once again this year, Lions Club Ølgod is taking part in the nationwide Lions initiative “With Lions – Against Substance Abuse.” L&P Springs Denmark is pleased to support this important initiative. As part of the preventive theme day “You Choose,” the SSP Committee (School, Social Services, and Police), together with a substance‑abuse consultant from Varde Municipality, visits all 7th‑grade classes to educate and inform young people about the temptations and risks associated with substance abuse. The initiative is partly funded through the sale of tulips. A Decade of Commitment: Congratulations, Jasmina Avdic. On March 17, 2026, Leggett & Platt Springs Denmark celebrated Jasmina’s 10-year anniversary. She started on the day shift at the CH-assemblers and quickly built a strong understanding of our product portfolio. After 1.5 years, she moved to the night shift, where she was also trained on our P490 assembler. Today, Jasmina is a flexible and versatile employee who masters all our assembling machines. She is quality‑conscious, dedicated, and a great colleague who collaborates well across the organization. On Football Shirt Friday, 2026, which is the Danish Children’s Cancer Foundation’s annual fundraising day, L&P Springs Denmark and the local school Trane Skole & Børneby collected money which goes directly to the Foundation’s work for children with cancer and their families. A total of 483 children wore their favorite football shirts to school — and the many different shirts sparked lots of great conversations and laughter across classes and year groups. The wonderful part is that the children also know that — through the collaboration with L&P Springs Denmark — they are helping raise funds for the Children’s Cancer Foundation. Celebrating Siang’s 10-Year Anniversary at L&P Springs Denmark Siang joined L&P Springs Denmark back in 2016, starting in the frame clipping department where he quickly developed strong technical skills and delivered both high efficiency and excellent quality. He later moved on to training at the mattress assembly station, where the gluing takes place. Throughout his career, Siang has also worked as an operator on the spring machine, and he still jumps in to help whenever needed. Today, Siang is an independent, reliable, and highly valued team member who handles a wide range of tasks throughout the day.
