
Robinette Kelley
Robinette Kelley is the President of of an independent consulting firm, which has been in business since 2018. Robinette Kelley has provided full-service consulting, training and education for equity diversity, inclusion, equal employment opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action (AA), harassment and discrimination, sexual harassment, recruitment, retention and Title IX. As an equity, diversity and inclusion leader. Robinette Kelley has progressively developed a track record of sound transformational contributions. Her experiences include embedding institutional systems and practices of excellence with equity, diversity, and inclusion principles. She has worked collaboratively and built coalitions.
Robinette Kelley holds a Ph.D. degree education with an emphasis in higher education administration and educational leadership. She earned a Master of Education with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics ad Finance.
She has written about higher education leadership, strategies for creating a diverse pipeline of leaders, retention of minority and female students, and creating inclusive environments. She holds a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University’s ILR School. Also, she has several certifications including: EEO Investigations, program evaluation, diversity and inclusion, Affirmative Action, recruiting a diverse workforce, Title VII, Title IX compliance, trauma informed interviewing, ADA, sexual harassment, employee relations, and mediation. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Robinette Kelley is currently residing in North Carolina. Robinette Kelley is a member of many educational and civic organizations. Much of her life’s work has been committed to transforming lives by supporting access and the success of traditionally marginalized groups. In her leisure she enjoys painting, drawing, music, poetry, exotic cuisine, and is an avid reader. Her favorite thing to do is spending time with family and friends.
