Frank Schönherr

Frank Schönherr works as Subject Matter Expert and Certifier for the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).

His focus as a Subject Matter Expert is on developing new approaches and advancing product certification, such as BSZ (Pen-testing based) and contributing to the EUCC ISAC Software Technical Group. This also encompasses automated testing methodologies like fuzzing and AI-related aspects.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the area of information security. His previous roles include heading a Development Competence Center, serving as an IT Consultant for a medium-sized company, and working in research and development for autonomous mobile robots He holds a PhD and a Diploma Degree in Computer Science.
