To bridge this gap, ANSR Foundation, in partnership with the Indian School of Business (ISB) and SAFA Society, has launched EmpowHer Saathis – Women in Business, a capacity-building programme supporting women-led micro-enterprises. Through practical learning, mentorship, financial literacy, business growth strategies, and digital enablement, the initiative aims to help women entrepreneurs build stronger, more sustainable businesses. Built on a pulse survey of 47 India GCC leaders, the index finds that 83% of GCCs are now considered mission-critical, yet only 17% hold full decision and budget authority.
