Congratulations to our learners — Pooja Rani, Mahima Meena, and Nikita Sarma — who started their first day at Tech4Good Community 🎉 These learners are part of HyperVerge Academy, and we couldn't be prouder of them. A year ago, they were unsure which path to take — and that's where HVA stepped in, providing the right environment, resources, and mentors to help them find their way. Most learners come to us hoping to change their circumstances. At HVA, we believe talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not — and that's exactly why we do what we do. HVA isn't just another online course; it's a framework where learners walk away with a strong foundation, real experience, industry-level skills, and guidance from experts in the field. Applications for our next cohort are now open! - https://lnkd.in/d3sw7SHG If you think this program is for you — or know someone who'd benefit from it — share this post with them!

Last week, We had the privilege of attending the HR Conclave 2026 at RV Institute of Management — and we left with a lot to think about. 🎯 The theme — Next-Gen HR: People Analytics, AI Integration & Skills-Driven Success — couldn't have been more timely. Hearing from luminaries like Madhurima Agarwal (Microsoft), Vijay Bharech (Deloitte), Alexander Rinku(Oracle), and Dr Uma Warrier, among others, was a masterclass in where the world of work is truly headed. One message rang loud and clear across every session: AI will handle the technical. Humans will handle everything else. At HyperVerge Academy, this hits home deeply. We train learners in cutting-edge tech stacks. We place them in top-tier companies. And every single hiring conversation we have with recruiters circles back to the same thing — "Can they communicate? Can they collaborate? Can they lead under pressure?" The panelists at RVIM said it better than we ever could: Soft skills aren't a "nice to have" anymore. They're the moat that no algorithm can cross. Critical thinking. Empathy. Stakeholder management. Adaptability. These are the skills that get our learners promoted — not just placed. That's why at HyperVerge Academy, we've woven soft skills development into the very fabric of our curriculum. We call them Core Skills because it is not an afterthought, it is a core pillar alongside technical training. Thank you to the team at RV Institute of Management for curating such a powerful and relevant conversation. Events like the HR Conclave 2026 remind us why the industry-academia bridge matters more than ever. To every learner reading this: your GitHub profile matters. But so does how you show up in a room. 🚀 #HRConclave2026 #HyperVergeAcademy #FutureOfWork #SoftSkills #AIIntegration #PeopleAnalytics #TechCareers #RVIMBangalore #SkillsDrivenSuccess Shruthi Vivin Sneha Peter

Within 72 hours, over 1 lakh young Indians had joined something called the Cockroach Janta Party. This isn't a story of lazy youth. It's a story of a system that keeps producing credentials without producing opportunity — and then blaming the people left behind. India has spent thousands of crores on skilling programmes. The question nobody asks loudly enough is: skilled for what jobs, exactly? The demand side of our labour market isn't absorbing the supply. And the young people caught in between aren't cockroaches. They're the most motivated, digitally aware, and frustrated generation this country has produced. At HyperVerge Academy, we work with underresourced learners — students who don't have the networks, the pedigree, or the "right" college name. We try to bridge that gap, not just with skills, but with real pathways to employment. The Cockroach Janta Party will probably fade as a trend. But the anger behind it won't. And until we build systems that actually absorb skilled youth into dignified employment — not just certify them and move on — we'll keep seeing that anger find new names. If you're working on this problem, or if you know a young person who needs a real shot, I'd love to connect. HyperVerge Academy reposted this
A few months ago one of our learners got placed in a tech company. Nothing unusual, right? Except he was the first person in his entire family to ever get a salaried job. When he received the offer letter, he did not celebrate with friends, he called his father, a daily wage labourer and said, “Appa, from next month you don’t have to worry about money anymore.” Moments like this happen because someone is there to ensure learners stay consistent, improve, and reach their goal. At HyperVerge Academy, that someone is a Program Coordinator. We are now hiring Program Coordinators to join our team. This role involves working closely with learners through their journey and ensuring they stay on track, supporting them through challenges, and helping them move towards placements. Powerthon: Building Confident Communicators, Not Just Competent Professionals Powerthon pushed HVA learners beyond passive learning into real moments of thinking, speaking, collaborating, and performing under pressure. Through creative role-plays, storytelling, pitching, and language challenges, we witnessed hesitation transform into confidence and ideas turn into powerful expression. This wasn’t just about winning — it was about building the skills recruiters truly value: clarity, composure, teamwork, and the ability to think on one’s feet. Because placement readiness isn’t only technical. It’s about showing up, speaking up, and owning your presence. Powerthon wasn’t just a competition. It was a rehearsal for the professional world our learners are stepping into.
