Dinner at The Savoy came with ghost stories older than most startups. Lunch at Rokeby Manor came with Captain Cauthley's legacy and conversations we'd been postponing for months. Breakfast came with valleys and silence and no agenda at all. Somewhere between the candid photos and the long walks, something became clear again. Shriya Mukherjee didn't build Influence because the world needed another PR agency. She built it because she spent 13 years watching founders build extraordinary companies and stay invisible behind them. The product had a reputation. The founder didn't.
