- A time-critical control loop that just-can't-miss - A guidance loop, in which math & rigor are your only friends - A custom built, galvanically isolated real-time bus connecting all the avionics modules built for reliability, probably like nowhere else! - An automated launch sequence that pre-empted every possible corner case, be it in people, system, hardware, software - A data acquisition architecture built for accuracy, speed and scale to give as deep insights into the vehicle as possible - Command execution modules that absolutely fire up with certainty when asked to, yet remain resolutely passive when not spoken to! - Actuators that remain unflinching against the monstrous forces of flex nozzles, yet nimble enough to correct slightest pitch deviations - A telemetry link that reliably beams a several Mbps video feed till earth's curvature itself comes in the way! - A tele-command destruct link that vows: "Even if it is the end of the world, I-will-not-fail" - A mission computer that does what it takes, with a singular mission of taking a 45 ton rocket reliably into space! Happy & grateful to have been part of the journey in architecting onboard systems at Skyroot! Kudos Pawan Kumar Chandana & Naga Bharath Daka and the entire Skyroot team for making this possible. Achieving orbital flight in the first attempt is no ordinary deal! You truly imagined the unimaginable, and made it possible! Last week, our co-founders, Raviteja Chivukula and Jagga Raju N. had the privilege to contribute to the discussion organized by NITI AAYOG on shaping India's roadmap for Physical AI. It was an insightful discussion that brought together an exceptional group of founders, researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to identify the key opportunities and challenges that will define India's Robotics and Physical AI ecosystem. We put forward the following 3 recommendations. 1) A dedicated fund for robotics, specifically calling out the following sub-domains & percentage allocation: - robotic component development: strain wave gears, actuators, multi-stage motor controllers, tactile sensors, cross roller bearings etc. (30%) - fully built robotic systems / solutions: robotic arms, humanoids, robotic hands etc. (40%) - Foundational models for Physical AI (30%) 2) A pan-academia, focused, funded Technology Development mission for the following: - designing & manufacturing strain wave drives - sensors: torque sensors, optical / magnetic position sensors, tactile sensors. - mass-scale data collection projects for training foundational models 3) A national test facility for robotics testing & certification (on the likes of ARAI for automotive sector) The consultation was chaired by Prof. Abhay Karandikar and coordinated by Jalaj Dani and Debjani Ghosh and was attended by senior Officers from Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. We sincerely thank NITI AAYOG for bringing together the stakeholders to collaboratively shape India's Physical AI vision. We are excited to build the next-gen technologies that will contribute to the vision of #ViksitBharat2047 #PhysicalAI #Deeptech #AIRobotics

A historic moment for India’s space-tech ecosystem! 🚀🇮🇳 Heartiest congratulations to the entire Skyroot Aerospace team on the successful launch of Vikram-1 under Mission Aagaman, India’s first privately developed orbital rocket, and the successful deployment of multiple payloads into low-Earth orbit. This remarkable achievement demonstrates the strength of Indian engineering, entrepreneurship and deep-tech innovation. It will inspire an entire generation of founders and engineers to pursue bold, ambitious ideas. From everyone at Perceptyne, congratulations on this extraordinary milestone. The sky is no longer the limit! Pawan Kumar Chandana Naga Bharath Daka #SkyrootAerospace #Vikram1 #MissionAagaman #IndianSpaceTech #DeepTech #MakeInIndia #Innovation

Q2 2026, New faces! 🌟 🌟 In the second quarter of 2026, we are delighted to introduce three exceptional new members of our team that will help advancing innovation and propelling growth as we continue our mission to pioneer humanoid robots: Rohit Mohanraj- Mechatronics Engineer Rohit is an ECE graduate from NIT Warangal with a specialization in robotics and automation. At Perceptyne, he focuses on mechatronics engineering, building custom hardware and automated assembly systems. Outside of work, he's always dreaming up his next travel adventure. Aditya Singh Bundela - Mechanical Engineer Aditya is a mechanical engineering grad from Manipal Institute of Technology, having previously worked at Twara Robotics for over two years as an Engineering Manager and contributing to the mechanical design of robotic systems. He has experience in designing high-precision robotic manipulators and actuators, along with developing engineering solutions. Outside of work, he's always up for a long bike ride, capturing moments through photography, or enjoying a great movie and a perfect playlist. Arun Jeyaprakash - Embedded Hardware Engineer With over 10 years of experience in hardware design, power electronics, systems engineering, and embedded control, Arun brings strong expertise across end-to-end product development. A master's graduate from TU Munich, his career spans multiple geographies (India and Germany) he worked with companies including Stabl Energy GmbH, Voltech Manufacturing Company LTD, and Attocube Systems AG. Outside of work, you'll find him recharging with long walks, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or getting lost in a good book.

#AI got good at recognising images because the internet has billions of photos and free training data. But touch works differently – every bit of data has to come from a robot in the real world, actually gripping something – too hard, too soft, just right. But here’s the thing, most of India’s factories still run on human hands, doing work that’s repetitive, unsafe and exhausting. Perceptyne a #Hyderabad-based startup, is building semi-humanoid #robots for tasks that need human-like dexterity such as precision assembly, inspection and testing. With Physical AI, multimodal sensing and more, they’re laying the foundation of India’s deep tech. Perceptyne is one of the many startups incubated at T-Hub- the world’s largest home for startups. They got their first cheque from T-Hub when humanoid robots on Indian factory floors was still just an idea. They believed it then. The robots are ready. Video by: Team gen.E
