99% of businesses are using AI wrong. They are buying tools. They are not building habits. Last week, a founder messaged me at 11:47 PM. "Jyoti, I bought 7 AI subscriptions. My team still replies to customers in 6 hours. What am I doing wrong?" I told him one line that changed his quarter → "AI doesn't fix slow businesses. It exposes them." Here's what I've learnt building in this space → -->Tools without habits = expensive decoration. Habits without tools = burnout in disguise. Tools + habits = unfair advantage. -->The businesses winning in 2026 are not the ones with the most AI. They are the ones who made AI a reflex. -->A customer message on WhatsApp → answered in 9 seconds. A lead asking for a quote at 2 AM → closed before sunrise. A repeat buyer → recognised, remembered, rewarded. Not by humans. By systems that work while you sleep. This is the shift nobody is talking about → -->The next 10 years won't reward the ones who "use" AI. They will reward the ones who disappear behind it. Your customer shouldn't feel they are talking to a bot. Your customer shouldn't feel they are waiting for a human either. They should just feel → heard. That's the game. That's the only game. What's one task in your business you still do manually that AI could've done at 3 AM last night?

Know your buyers. Grow your brand
About us
Most brands know how many products they sold. Very few know who bought them. Prodyt is a QR-powered customer intelligence and WhatsApp marketing platform built for brands that sell physical products. We help brands capture every buyer at the moment of unboxing, build direct relationships with them, and reach them personally on WhatsApp - all in one platform. Every product you sell carries a QR code. Every buyer who scans it becomes a verified profile in your CRM , name, phone, city, product, feedback. No app needed. No manual work. Just real customer data that belongs to you. From that single scan, brands can manage complaints before they become bad reviews, collect structured feedback automatically, and send personalised WhatsApp campaigns to their entire verified buyer base with a 68% read rate and zero markup on META fees. Two verticals. One platform. → Prodyt CRM --> own your buyer data end to end → WhatsApp Business API --> reach buyers in 5 minutes, zero blocks, zero markup We work closely with every brand we onboard --> sharing best practices, reviewing results monthly, and helping teams understand their customers better. We do not just give you the platform. We help you grow with it. Trusted by Gizmore --> 17,000+ QR codes deployed, feedback automated, CRM and WhatsApp running in one place. If you sell a product and want to know the person who bought it -- Prodyt is built for you. We visit. We review. We share strategy. We push you to grow. We are not just a platform. We are the growth partner.

In 2026, your customer is not checking their inbox. They are checking WhatsApp. And yet most businesses are still: -> Sending order updates on email -> Chasing payments on email -> Sharing complaint status on email -> Sending warranty reminders on email Then wondering why open rates are 18%. Here is what the data actually says: WhatsApp open rate, 98% Email open rate, 21% That gap is not small. That is the difference between your customer knowing and not knowing. I wrote a detailed piece on this on Medium recently, about why WhatsApp is not just a chat app anymore. It is the new business communication layer for emerging markets. The businesses that figured this out early are not spending more on marketing. They are just showing up where their customers already are. That is the whole strategy.

I took this screenshot without telling anyone. Different cities. Same screen. Same problem we're trying to solve. No filter. No "okay everyone look natural." Just a regular Wednesday morning at Prodyt. And look at every single face :) Focused. Serious. Deep in the problem. Nobody is performing. Nobody is trying to look busy. This is just, what building actually looks like. 7 months ago this team didn't exist. Today we are shipping features that real businesses are using to manage real customers. Your best product decisions don't come from fancy offices or pitch decks. They come from a group of people who genuinely care about solving the same problem. That's the only culture we have at Prodyt.

The first app I opened this morning was WhatsApp. Not email. Not Slack. WhatsApp. And I'm a founder building a B2B SaaS product. That moment stuck with me. 500 million+ Indians do the same thing every morning. And it's not just India --> Brazil, Nigeria, Germany, Indonesia , WhatsApp is simply how the world communicates now. So when I was building Prodyt, one question kept coming back: "Why are businesses still sending emails that nobody opens?" The numbers don't lie: → Email open rate: 21% → WhatsApp open rate: 98% I've seen this with our own clients. The moment they stopped chasing customers on email and started reaching them on WhatsApp — everything changed. That's why WhatsApp Business API is built right inside Prodyt. Not because it's trendy. Because it's where your customers actually are. → Setup in under 10 minutes → No markup on Meta charges → Zero platform fee for the first month No big team. No complicated tech. Just your business, talking to customers in the app they already live in. Join our WhatsApp community --> we share early features, real use cases, and you can ask me anything directly. Tata CLiQ sent WhatsApp messages to their customers. Not emails. Not SMS. WhatsApp. The result? 57% of people clicked. And they generated over $500,000 —>roughly 4 crore rupees - in sales from that one campaign. Two months of revenue. One WhatsApp campaign. Now here’s the number that should make every Indian product business owner stop and think. 535 million Indians are active on WhatsApp. That’s more than the entire population of the United States. Your customers are already there. Every single day. Talking to friends, family, colleagues. And most businesses are still sending emails that get a 15% open rate when WhatsApp gets 98%. This is exactly why we built WhatsApp Business API inside Prodyt. And we made sure starting is not the hard part. → Setup takes 10 minutes → No markup on Meta charges. You pay exactly what Meta charges → No platform fee for your first month Join our WhatsApp community where we share the latest features, Meta updates and tips to write campaigns that actually convert. Six months ago, we were in a call at 11 PM. Debating one thing: Do we use a third-party WhatsApp API provider? It was faster. Easier. Cheaper to start. But Jyoti Goel said something that changed everything: "We're building for businesses who trust us with their customer data. Let's own that responsibility." So we built direct Meta integration ourselves. It took longer. It was harder. But today our clients get 98%+ delivery rates. And when something breaks - we fix it. Not a vendor. That call is what we internally call "the 3AM decision" - the one where you choose the right thing over the easy thing. Building Prodyt has had many of those moments. This was the one that shaped everything.

Most business owners I talk to have downloaded the WhatsApp Business app and think they are done. They are not even close. The WhatsApp Business App and the WhatsApp Business API are two completely different things. One is for chatting with a handful of customers. The other is for reaching thousands - automatically, at scale, while you sleep. I wrote a full breakdown covering: - What the API actually is (no jargon) - How it works step by step - App vs API - every difference explained - Why the open rate is 98% vs email's 21% - And which access route is right for your business If you are a business owner or someone building in the marketing space, this one is worth 8 minutes of your time.
