The study looks into the relationship between graduate employability and academic achievement as measured by the cumulative grade point average (CGPA), take of value (TOV), and TOV. The study tracks changes in employability outcomes across time, including employed, jobless, increasing skills, waiting for placement, and pursuing further education. This association is dynamic, the study finds. Beyond academic accomplishments, the study also considers the value of soft skills in boosting graduates' employability, concentrating on communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. This study offers useful insights into the debates around academic quality, practical skills, and holistic employability by addressing these issues, guiding higher education.

It can easily be said that the improvements in technologies especially from the area of artificial intelligence and data mining can empower students to learn more efficiently, effectively, and contentedly. The purpose of this paper is aimed at developing a prediction model that gives a guide to the stakeholders likes university, student's sponsor and parents that can monitor and interpret the on-going student's performance. The proposed system will help the user to identify students who have a high risk or low risk to ending the semester with unsatisfactory results through discovering the essential features that can influence student's academic performance. The methodology used were mixed method approach which is qualitative and quantitative. For the part of quantitative technique, the data set for this research will be collected from the academic records section. Meanwhile, the part of qualitative will go through a few main stages which are focused on developmental phase. The prediction model used in this research are RepTree, k-NN and Naïve Bayes. The finding states that RepTree had the highest accuracy compared to k-NN and Naïve Bayes techniques. It also suggests that the RepTree algorithm would be the best prediction model which has focused the research in term of developing the system of monitoring students' academic performance at UPTM.

Indeed, a high level of corruption increases bank nonperforming loans which in turn reduces profitability and intensifies the fragility of the banking industry. Given the adverse impacts, corruption has been used as one of the factors in bank performance evaluation. As research on corruption-bank performance with machine learning techniques is rarely reported in the literature, this paper presents the empirical comparison of different machine learning algorithms for classifying bank profitability. Besides machine learning performance comparisons, this paper presents the analysis of machine learning features importance to justify the effect of corruption factor in the different machine learning algorithms for classifying bank profitability. The results indicated that all the tested machine learning algorithms present a good ability of classifying bank profitability at accuracy percentages above 70% but corruption index has contributed very minimal effect to the machine learning performances. The framework of this research is highly reproducible to be extended with a more in-depth analysis, particularly on the bank profitability factors as well as on the machine learning algorithms.

A... more Corruption devastates society and the country, stifling economic growth and increasing poverty. As the nation's hope, university students play a vital role in the fight against corruption. However, prior studies on the perceptions of students against corruption especially in the Malaysian context are very limited. Thus, this study aims to investigate perceptions toward corruption among students of higher education institutions in Malaysia. Using questionnaire survey of 115 undergraduate program students, the findings indicate that most of them aware of corruption especially on the legal impact of the corruption activities. However, the results reveal that most of students recognize a corrupt act when such activities involve a considerable sum of money or expenditures. Receiving amusement fees, gifts, and kickbacks to increase transaction efficiency are still acceptable. Findings of this study shed light to policymakers and university administrators who have a keen interest in mitigating corruption in higher education institutions.

It digitalized the traditional short story of PT3 novel in 2D animation. The secondary school is still using the narrative novel in certain subjects such as Malay Language. Consequently, students are not interested in reading the entire page is cluttered with text. The purpose of this research is to evaluate user acceptance of Digital 2D Animation for Educational Visualization Application by doing test to 30 secondary schools students in one of the districts of Kedah. The development of this application is used to transform from conventional teaching and learning process to the digital teaching and learning process. In the digital era, teachers can communicate teaching experiences to students in a more fun way of delivering ideas with the help of animation in learning as a teaching tool aid. The results indicate that animation can be used as a teaching aid tool to improve students’ academic perfo...

Normally, colleges and universities give a large number of computer labs to their learners. It was an important space for individuals to come for lectures and improve their computer skills. It often has very valuable computers and items. However, sometimes the security elements of a computer lab for some unauthorized employees may not be up to the standard and easy to break. Hence, the idea is to create an advanced security system named “Smart Security Door Using Facial Recognition” for the computer labs in Kolej Universiti Poly-Tech Mara Kuala Lumpur (KUPTM). The system will have three different users, which are the Admin, Lecturer, and Students. Admin would be able to access the database of the system to registers faces of authorized personnel and access the logs of users that access the computer labs. Meanwhile, the lecturer and students would only be able to access the computer labs during lectures...
