Peer bullying is understood as systematic aggressive behaviours directed at harm to the victim in a situation where there is a relationship of power and authority imbalance between the bully and the victim. Highlights and ImplicationsThe problem of peer bullying is widespread in Polish schools, and as such requires systemic actions targeted at all school society members. ConclusionThe result of the research is the RESQL peer violence prevention system consisting of a mobile app, a panel supporting intervening teachers and a set of tool/scenarios for working with students. The article presents the implementation of the system in schools and the very encouraging results of the evaluation studies carried out as part of pilot implementation.
