Meanwhile, the information and methodological support (IMS) for their development, including the computational stage of parametric optimization, in publications at an accessible engineering level is either little or virtually nonexistent. In this paper, a concrete step towards solving this problem was made using a concrete example of an AC load electronic simulator (ELS). It is shown that the considered structure of ELS, consisting of two series-connected FQCs that can be used for tests in the energy-saving mode of both the FQCs themselves and electromechanical transducers in the motor and generator modes. As a means of solving the IMS creation, computer simulations and previously obtained parametric relationships for the FQC operating in two modes - in the mode of a single-phase low-distorting active rectifier (SLDR)and in the recoil mode into the active power network. The contents of the IMS are: the procedure for reconciling the control parameters of FQC-1 (which gives the power set to the network during the tests) with the control parameters of another FQC-2 (which consumes the same power from the network, taking into account the losses in the two FQCs). Recommendations are received on the choice of capacitance of the buffer capacitor at the output of the FQC-2 and the inductances of the coupled inductors installed at the input of the FQC-2 and at the output of the FQC-l.
